Sekelskiftesvåning från 1890-talet med makalös utsikt över Visbys takåsar, hamnen och havet. Genomgående lägenhet med fönster i alla riktningar, kakelugn, högt i tak och härliga ljusinsläpp från alla rum med stora fönsterpartier. 4 sovrum med plats för 6 personer, arbetsplatser/skrivbord i varje rum. Ytterligare en arbetsplats i ”studion” där även piano finns att tillgå. WiFi och Streaming-kanaler för TV och Musik. Badrum med badkar och dusch samt ytterligare en gästtoalett. Underbar trädgård.

Middag på Krusmyntagården och kvällsdopp på vägen hem i solnedgången. Lite som hotell med bäddade sängar, handdukar, härlig tvål, schampo och balsam och ni slipper städa när ni åker. Vi erbjuder två fina stugor med enkel standard vid Norderstrand i Visby med havet och strandpromenaden runt hörnet och kort gångavstånd till fina motionsspår. Med 10 min gångavstånd kommer du rakt in till hjärtat av Visby, som erbjuder ett stort utbud av högklassiga restauranger och ett rikt kulturliv.

House close to Gnisvärds beach - new renovated

Our wonderful small house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, in Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m picturesque Gnisvärd fishing village. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, 30 sqm. Wifi, TV with Chromecast. Forest next to the house. Large garden, 2500 sqm., where we are renting out a bigger house (mainhouse) and guest house as well. A small garden belonging to this house and a separating fence to the main house.

House by the Sea

The cottage was newly built in 2013 and underwent a complete renovation in 2024, offering an ideal stay. The house features one bedroom with two comfortable single beds, and a living room equipped with a sofa bed for a third guest. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer and oven, and boasts one of the best views of the Baltic Sea. A large sliding door opens onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy sunsets, the sea breeze, and the serene surroundings.

Secret cabin in the woods

By the end of the road, between pine and birch, lies this cabin like a fairy tale in the forest. Casa Kruttornet -town house innanför Visby ringmur

Från entrén på Strandgatan är det bara 60 meter till havet där du kan flanera på strandpromenaden eller ta ett morgondopp! Casa Kruttornet ligger insynsskyddat och har ett kök, sovrum med en dubbelsäng (120 cm) och ett allrum med två bäddar samt matbord, dvs. totalt 3-4 sovplatser samt ett badrum med toalett. Det finns TV, WIFI, induktionshäll & ugn, kyl & frys, mikrovågsugn samt tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Dessutom finns en utegrill på den gemensamma innergården.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Med 5 minuters promenad till havet eller 5 minuters bilfärd till Sveriges bästa golfbana är denna vackra villa från 2016 ett perfekt boende för såväl familjen som vill ha sol och bad och golfgänget som vill spela på Visby Golfklubb. Stor uteplats, 5 bäddar samt tillgång till extra madrass. Bastu ingår och husdjur är välkomna och kan springa lösa i den stora inhägnade trädgården. OBS!Notera att lakan, handdukar och städning inte ingår.
