The Beach House walk to the beach

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, unique retail and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge!!! Sandbridge is the northern most portion of the OBX!!! Location location location. There is a queen adjustable bed in the downstairs bedroom, and two twin mattresses in the loft. This unit comes fully stocked for everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Towels..chairs..beach canopy..boogie boards.. Wheeleez beach cart.. kayak…pedal boat… beach cruisers.. etc.

Enjoy your little slice of heaven in Chics Beach!

4-5 min walk to Chic's beach. Avoid the crowds and live with the locals! Surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and even an urban winery. We are a convenient 15 min ride from the tourist Oceanfront but you will have plenty to do in our relaxed beach town. This is a guest apartment attached to my home .The motto of Chic's Beach is "No Bad Days". Come see for yourself!

Lakefront House @ Oceanfront

The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. The backporch is perfect for enjoying the abundant wildlife in the shallow estuary of Lake Holly or venture out a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet.
