I can't express how great the host, the house, and the surroundings area was. I loved everything about it. There wasn't a question or need that wasn't addressed immediately. The host was beyond friendly and made us feel at home. You will be close to the airport and have a beautiful view of the island as you drive around. I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful views with the mesmerizing sounds of waves crashing. Very clean. There was no beach when we arrived and three days later there was a walkable beach (hence the name). In winter, Surf break right out front you can check from your bed room. Cane Garden Bay, Long Beach, Smugglers bay less than 10min drives.

The place was as described and advertised; very quaint cottage located close to Road Town and restaurants and shopping. Also close to the ferry terminal for easy transportation to other islands. If you want to buy groceries, the store is about a 10 min. walk. Communication was timely when we had questions. The interior was comfortable for 2 people with space to move around and everything was clean. We didn't cook anything, so we have no comment; but we found everything we did need in the kitchen, it was well supplied.

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a perfect week staying at Smuggler's Cove and visiting the BVI. This house was a perfect jumping off point for all our adventures. The house and views were beautiful, the property managers greeted us at arrival and were completely welcoming to the Island. We had 8 total in our party and the house was easily large enough for everyone. Out of all the places we have stayed travelling, this house is at the top due to the quality, beauty, and attention to detail in the design! Highly recommend!

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

We had a great stay at Villa Odyssea. Wonderful location, peaceful, breathtaking views. Kesha was very responsive to questions and provided support and recommendations for activities and restaurants. For anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tortola, villa Odyssea is the place. We stayed in the one bedroom villa. There is also a 2 bedroom villas that can also be rented for larger group. The villa is minutes away from the beach. Thank you Kesha for making our stay memorable!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! We had a wonderful stay at Thomas’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Long Bay and a reasonable distance from Smuggler’s Cove, our favorite beach on Tortola. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. You may be hard-pressed to cook a big meal, but the kitchen was fine for making breakfast, which is all we did there. A shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom and a window curtain in the middle-floor bedroom’s bathroom would have been helpful additions, but overall, we truly enjoyed our time here.

Stunning views from a well appointed and spacious villa! Place was clean and complimentary bottled water & coffee was a nice touch after our groups long day travel to the villa. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay, they where very helpful and wanted our stay to be relaxed. It was nice having hosts always making sure you had everything you need from flexible check out, Instructions on car hire etc. we loved the house and would absolutely come back. Thank you for your kind support.

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Shan's place is great very clean and well equipped with what you need. We had a hiccup with water but that is expected in some islands and Shan made sure we were ok. I would definitely stay with Shan again.

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

Ronald was an incredibly accommodating host and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. His place is clean, perfectly located, and peaceful.

Anna-Kaye’s condo was exactly what we wanted! It’s on a beautiful secluded beach with access to the Wyndham Resort amenities that’s located next door. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and only steps from the beach. Michele was our local host and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. She arranged for pickup and drop off to the airport, provided us with a car rental, answered all our questions and provided numerous suggestions. Having a car, we traveled all over Tortola and did day trips to St John, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, Peter Island and Norman Island. Perfect condo, already planning a return trip!

Shan’s place at Tobacco Wharf was ideally suited for us - very central, near to Road Town (shops, restaurants, banks etc) with easy access to most parts of the island. The apartment is well set up, clean and very spacious. In its one bedroom format, which as a couple was just what we needed, there was more than enough space with a good size bedroom and the use of two shower rooms. Thanks for a great stay.
