Beautiful Casita at the Golf Course~8DD

Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Casita at the South Padre Island Golf Course. .This beautiful Casita has 2 bedroom, (K -temperpedic /2T) 2 baths, 1 car garage, washer & dryer duplex style unit, 990 sq. ft. This Casita is fully furnished with leather electric sofa in the living room with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room with a 55 " Smart TV and cable in the master bedroom with a 40" Roku TV and guest bedroom has a 32'' Roku TV. It has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and a gas grill ( propane tank is not provided). Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding and wild life preserve . No Pets Allowed / No Smoking/ Laguna Vista is 5 miles from Port Isabel and 12 miles from the Beach and 25 miles from Mexico. It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island.
