Enjoyed are stay to go snowmobiling with the Family. Everyone was able to fit in one place which is hard to find. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

The place was very clean and all the instructions on how to get in were clear. The hot tub was great and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was also stocked with pots and pans for cooking, and the wifi was surprisingly good.

Tim and Roxanne were the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and their place is truly spectacular. It was a privilege to stay there. It is beautiful, peaceful and such an idyllic setting! They also keep their place in tip top shape and have everything you could ever need available for you. Hammocks, boats, bikes… whatever you need. We’ve stayed at a ton of rentals up north as well as internationally, and none come close to staying with Tim and Roxanne at their place. Plus, the lake is pristine and private to the twenty some property owners that have a home on it. Great fishing, clear water and even some sandy spots. Oh, and Al Capone’s brother owned a house on this lake, so there’s a lot of cool history too. So glad we found this place…. Thanks Tim and Roxanne!

Had a fantastic time in Minoqua, the cabin had everything we needed and the game room was perfect at the end of the day! Loved the mornings with a great view on the lake, and close to downtown Minoqua so there was lots to do close by!

It’s a great location with few minutes away from downtown Eagle River!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The interior decor made it feel even more like a cozy cabin, and the view of the lake was lovely.

Our family of four decided to book a few nights at Sandy Point Resort for a place to get away between baseball tournaments and we are so glad we did!! We booked our stay at the Karibu cabin several months back. At the time, all of the other cabins were already booked. Karibu is the oldest cabin on the property, and also the only remaining cabin from the original five, but this place has been taken care of throughout the years and felt cozy despite its age. Just a heads up, the cabins at this resort do not have air conditioning, but the temps around this area are usually pretty mild with plenty of trees for shade. You really can't beat this place with all of the added amenities that are included with your stay. For disc golfers, this place is perfect with its 27-29 hole disc golf course complete with two or three baskets per hole and large pro shop. During our stay there was also a random doubles league night to join in on. Our boys really enjoyed the lake and spending time with the kayaks and paddleboards and jumping off of the rave bouncer in to the water. We even had a calm, clear night to view the milky way and see the stars reflecting off of the water. Michele and Mike topped off our experience by being such amazing hosts. We can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing and fun getaway to the Northwoods!!

Wonderful home in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. Great location and cabin. Hosts were wonderful also. We had a great stay, everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Need a dog friendly place for my work trip, and this was the perfect place. So beautiful and cozy. Also just a short walk from a great bar!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Little Fox Cabin. The cabin was very clean, organized, well supplied, warm, and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake for ice fishing and cross country skiing. The snowmobile trail was at the end of the driveway, which was also fun to ride! Located between Boulder Junction and Presque Isle the other way! We had a great stay! Thank you MaryBeth and John!

Thank you for such a wonderful time! The deck was beautiful to watch the lake and the house was so clean and cozy. Loved the trails to walk for the dogs. Such great nice people ! Highly recommend!!

We loved our time at The Pad. A simple rustic cabin nestled in the woods was very clean and connected to the outdoors. Well ventilated. The screened in porch upgrade was a pleasant surprise, from which we enjoyed the frequent visit of hummingbirds! The host’s property is amazing! Kayaking on Nichols Lake from our private beach was very serene. The Vilas County bike trail system is easily accessible and we road several times. We plan to return next year. Thank you.

The house was very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped well and made cooking very easy. Enjoyed watching the deer. The clean linens and comfortable beds were nice. Large kitchen table was nice. Having enough room for vehicles and two boat trailers was greatly appreciated. I appreciate quick response from host to my questions and help in planning fishing trip. Felt comfortable and relaxed during the stay.

We had a wonderful week. The cabin was beautiful and provided everything we needed for our large family. You can tell the owners take a great deal of pride in their home and providing a great experience for their clients. The kids/grandkids loved the many water toys (kayaks, paddle boat, lilly pad, etc.) that were provided for our use. The outside areas are just beautiful and we enjoyed a campfire each night during our stay. The cabin provided a number of different living areas and the grandkids especially loved the basement and the toys that were provided. Communication with the owner was incredible. He was so helpful with any questions/concerns we had and made our stay seamless. We loved everything about our stay and give it our highest recommendation.

This spot covered all the bases and then some! Was an ideal spot for the group we had and really felt at home. The pictures also don’t do the spot justice as it looks great in person!

We stayed here just after Christmas for a snowmobiling trip. Unfortunately there wasn’t snow, but Amy and the property manager, Taylor, were very helpful and responsive with ideas of things for us to do in Eagle River. The location of the house is perfect for restaurants, bars, entertainment, and trails (had we been able to snowmobile). The house had lots of space for our group to hang out together but also have privacy. The only thing worth mentioning is the full bathroom in the basement with the jacuzzi tub is not a shower, so those of us in the two downstairs bedrooms that weren’t the en-suite had to borrow the bathrooms in the en suite. There is a tiny shower in the main floor we could have used as well, but we all opted for sharing. The fire pit by the lake was nice. The owners nicely provided dry firewood for our use. Overall, wonderful stay!

This was such a beautiful stay with an immaculate view and lake access! The home was so clean and had everything we needed for our group to have the perfect homey stay!

I would recommend Beni's place for families or larger groups, especially if you want to do some fishing or boating. Great host and very nice home!

Stayed here with 8 total family members for a week and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The house contained everything we needed and more. Kitchen was more than equipped to stay in and cook and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and socialize. Surrounding Coachlite property is very clean, peaceful and had plenty of space for car and trailer parking. Swimming area was very nice and boat slip housed our boat perfectly. Location could not be better as you could take a short walk, car or boat into town or to restaurants on the water. We had a great time and would highly recommend this luxury cottage. Can’t wait to go back in the future!

Great house! Accomidated 6 people perfect! Game room kept us entertained at night with comedy!! Located right on the snowmobile trail, 2 min from town by sled.. Was just a great house!! Karen was awesome to deal with also!!
