Vila Nova de Gaia: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

Meilleur AirBnB que nous avons fait! Si vous avez la chance d'y rester, allez-y les yeux fermés! Les hôtes ont été hyper réactif à nos demandes, nous on laissé de bonne recommandations à faire/manger aux alentours et ont été accommodant au niveau de notre départ et arrivé! Je reviendrais sans hésiter!

Séjour mémorable chez Rui ! Arrivée et départ flexibles grâce à la boîte à clefs. Maison de ville à 2 pas de la plage, au fond d’une impasse au calme. Intérieur cosy et bien décoré avec de grandes chambres confortables. Un équipement au top, rien ne manquait. Et la cerise: la petite terrasse de la chambre avec sa vue sur la plage et l’Océan ! Avec en prime un hôte des plus sympathiques, on ne peut qu’avoir hâte d’y retourner !

Wir sind absolut begeistert von der Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Jorge und Susana! Wir blieben 2 Wochen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Bett war so bequem! Jorge und Susana waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sogar bei Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes ein paar Leckereien da gelassen. Toll auch war, dass wir ein Separé im Innenhof komplett für uns allein hatten. Für unsere beiden Hunde total toll, da sie den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegen konnten, wenn wir arbeiteten, ohne dass wir Angst haben mussten, dass sie weglaufen können. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß direkt am riesigen Sandstrand. Es war traumhaft und auch die Nachbarn haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen wieder!

Lovely apartment, great location. Fantastic communication and very accommodating. Good recommendations and booked a Fado dinner/ show that was fantastic. Would really recommend a stay.

La maison est située en bord de mer (la plage est à moins de 5 min de marche) et donne sur un jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu facilement visiter les environs (Gaïa, Aveiro, Porto). Mention spéciale pour Hugo qui est très disponible et dispense de bons conseils.

Raquel ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Sie hat die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und sie ist so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen!

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

Loved our two weeks in Marta’s apartment. Marta and Costa are great hosts and even made it possible for is to arrive at 1 a.m. They also provided breakfast for the following day. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apparent was very clean and well equipped even with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrance is very big overlooking the huge pool with plenty of vacant chairs. The location is excellent only a few minutes walking from the beautiful beach and an area with lots of good small bars and restaurants.

El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones familiares tranquilas. Los anfitriones han estado muy atentos a nosotros en todo momento con una comunicación muy fluida y con respuestas muy rápidas. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Ademas, a 10 min a pie, por un camino perfecto bordeando la playa, esta el pueblo donde puedes comprar pescado fresco en una lonja alucinante o disfrutar de restaurantes muy buenos a buenos precios. Sin duda un lugar y unos anfitriones para recomendar.

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

Alles super, alles vorhanden und sauber. Gerne wieder. Schöne ruhige Lage.

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

We were greeted by Alex. He was very friendly and informative. Walked us thru the apartment and explained everything. There was a large bowl of fresh organic fruit,a decanter of fine Ruby Port & delicious Melba toast wafers with a jar of jam. Very nice welcoming!! The apartment is squeaky clean,with on site parking. The area is beautiful- steps from the ocean and many beaches & retaurants. An easy drive to historic Gaia. Overall a wonderful stay.

Carlos was very fast in responding to text. He was very helpful during the check in even when I texted him very late during the night. I was were busy with my time sine my travel was very tight. And I did send him a txt asking for information about check in to his place. I expected to have an answer by the next day but within less than an hour Carlos did reply. The Airb&B was very clean and location is beachfront. Really a nice place.

Great location close to beach and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car and it was great that parking was so easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Pedro’s place. The location is unbeatable – right by the beach, perfect for walking along the promenade. It’s easy to get to the city center, whether by foot, with the bikes Pedro kindly provides (which worked perfectly), or by Uber. The apartment was great, everything was clean and well-equipped. What really stood out was Pedro’s care as a host. On our last day, there was a blackout across parts of Portugal and Pedro went out of his way to make sure we were okay – he brought us food, kept us updated about the situation, and even made sure we’d be safe and comfortable if it lasted longer. That level of attention really made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Pedro!

Wow! We had an all round super stay in this house. Rui is a super super host who only wants to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The house completely met our needs in every respect. Large kitchen, lounge, dining area, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. So much space. The upstairs party room was a real bonus, great for taking photos and being all together.

Excelente Airbnb. Amplio, todo organizado y limpio, las camas súper cómodas, el baño impecable y con una vista a la playa espectacular. Está cerca de buenos restaurantes. La atención del anfitrión es súper buena está pendiente en todo momento para que podamos tener una estancia magnífica. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. la playa está al cruzar la calle y el airbnb no está alejado de la zona turística. Desde el departamento se puede ver la caída del sol. Definitivamente un lugar muy especial. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay with Elsa. The apartment is excellent. The beach is just two minutes away, and Porto is a 20-minute bus ride away. Elsa is a wonderful host. We didn't miss anything! I highly recommend the apartment! :)
