Nằm trong làng Lô Lô Chải, ngay dưới chân cột cờ Lũng Cú, cách điểm cực bắc 3km, giáp với Trung Quốc. Xung quanh thiên nhiên tuyệt đẹp, có thể ngắm bình minh và hoàng hôn.
