Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Sky Pod 2 - Luxury Off-Grid Eco Accomodation

Relax in luxury, architecturally designed, self-contained Sky Pods, situated on a 200-acre, private wildlife refuge property on the rugged coast of Cape Otway. This picturesque getaway features sweeping views of the Southern Ocean, as well as the surrounding coastal rainforest, with the Great Ocean Walk, Station Beach and Rainbow Falls all within walking distance.
