Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.

A cute little (early 1900s) two bedroom cottage that is less than 10 minutes walk to everything Port Elliot has to offer - the Strand, the beach, bakery, 2 hotels and Lakala Reserve. Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! Little extras included - long-life milk, condiments including coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & a range of spices. Warm throw rugs for the winter. A comfortable budget option.

You’ll love staying at Rothesay right in the heart of the beautiful, historic village of Port Elliot. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
