We stayed at the property as a family of three, including our 18 month old toddler. The hosts could not have been more helpful, setting up a travel cot with clean, fresh linens, a highchair and even a baby bath and bath toys! Upon arrival we were blown away by how responsive the host was when we had a question and delighted to find a big box of toys to keep our little one busy. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. We truly felt at home immediately. This was our first trip away from home as a family and we can't recommend it enough. Parking was super easy (I often worry about tight spaces!), the location was great for exploring the island from and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. The sofa is super comfy, as are the beds. Thank you to the hosts, you truly made our first trip away so smooth and easy. We feel so much more confident in travelling with our little one moving forwards and hope to stay in one of your AirBnB's in the future.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Annabelles Ferienhaus. Dort ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es war hübsch eingerichtet und alles sauber. Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Darüberhinaus ist die Lage toll, um die Normandie zu erkunden. Vielen Dank 😊

Maisonnette très fonctionnelle et agréable, dans un endroit très paisible. Un bel aménagement intérieur comme extérieur. Françoise a été très réactive aux messages envoyés et généreuse : nous avons pu entrer dans le logement avant l'horaire règlementaire. Depuis Sottevast, de nombreuses randonnées sont possibles et conseillées d' ailleurs dans la brochure de Françoise. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et reviendrons. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, logement idéalement placé pour visiter les différents site des plages du débarquement, musée, memorial, énormément de site historique à proximité, logement très agréable et propre, le poêle à bois très agréable surtout à cette saison. Hôte serviable et disponible en cas de demande particulière ( merci pour le service à raclette 😋) Nous recommandons et gardons l'adresse pour un futur séjour.

Het huis is prachtig. Met zoveel liefde ingericht.Aan elk hoekje is aandacht aan besteed. We voelden ons erg thuis in dit heerlijke familiehuis.Anne is heel behulpzaam en heel flexibel, we kregen een dag van tevoren bericht dat we mochten komen wanneer we wilden, heel fijn. Bij aankomst stond er een fles lokale cider klaar en confiture. In alle kamers verse bloemen. Het tuintje om de hoek was heerlijk en de zee 50 meter verderop prachtig. Heerlijk bakkertje in de straat en fijne terrasjes en restaurantjes. Ook is de supermarkt op loopafstand en ligt het tussen de landingsstranden. Eén perfect weekje op een magische locatie. As other reviews, say, this is a fantastic place to stay. The manoir itself is stunning and our wing, the pressoir, was plenty big enough for us ((family with adult sons). Christophe has spent 14 years on renovations, so the facilities are excellent. Beds were really comfortable with shutters on all windows to keep light out. The kitchen was very well equipped including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Shower gels, soaps etc all provided. We made use of the tennis court and walked in Bayeux every day ...20 min walk along the river or you can go direct past the railway station. Christophe is very friendly and spoke great English. The only thing to be aware of is there are plenty of stairs. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Appartement avec vue idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la plage, convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Mis à part un (petit) bémol concernant l'isolation phonique vis à vis de l'appartement en dessous, nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für eine Auszeit am Meer, da nur wenigen Minuten die Dünen und das Meer entfernt sind. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Innenstadt von dem kleine Städtchen ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, zu Fuß ist es allerdings ein ganzes Stück.

Guy and Jocelyne could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The gite is small but charming. It is very peaceful. I appreciated the fresh flowers and lovely bird life right outside the kitchen window. I will definitely return.

L’appartement est un cocoon chaleureux et confortable pour une escapade hivernale 👌🏻 Les petites soirées au coin du feu 🔥, un must ! Si la météo n’est pas favorable aux balades sur la plage toute proche, l’appartement saura offrir tout ce qu’il faut pour ne pas voir le temps passer… Exactement ce que l’on recherchait pour ces vacances de nouvel an avec notre bébé de 8 mois. Als je een prachtig en authentiek huis zoekt in deze regio zoek dan niet verder. Villa les Mouettes is een meer dan geweldig huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien, en veel speelgoed en spullen voor kinderen. Mooie en goed onderhouden tuin en in het huis is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Zeer veel aandacht voor details! Ook een geweldige locatie: vlakbij Bayeux, landingsstranden en mooie dorpjes. Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen en oma (4 kleine kinderen+5 volwassenen) en het huis was voor perfect. Heel graag tot een volgende keer!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Le logement est très bien pensé et très agréable. Nos enfants ont pu profiter pleinement de l'extérieur et des jeux adaptés pour leurs âges. Le Jacuzzi permet de passer de bon moment de relaxation en fin de journée. La jolie bicoque est juste a côté de la plage et de restaurants. Morgane et Maxime sont super réactifs et très sympathiques. Et pour finir, nous avons eu un temps très agréable ! bref c'était top, nous reviendrons.

Notre séjour dans la maison de Colette était parfait! Nous avons pleinement profité du grand jardin à quelques pas de la plage.Merci!

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. We did and it was handy to have. A lovely, sunny week in France. Thanks Augustin….
