Chalet bois 90 m2

Le chalet offre de tous cotés une vue panoramique sur les sommets. Outre la pièce à vivre dont les baies vitrées donnent l'impression d'habiter le paysage, l'étage offre 3 chambres (2 fermées) et une sdb, toutes dotées de grandes ouvertures pour multiplier les points de vue. L'aménagement intérieur, mélange d'authenticité et de contemporain, adopte le style chalet en fil rouge, en accord avec le bois dominant, laissé naturel. Le choix des teintes et des matières assure une ambiance cocooning.

Appartement 8 pers. - 2 chambres - Refait à neuf

Très bel appartement de 3 pièces, à 4min à pied des remontées de l'Aravet et du vieux village de La Salle. Au calme, avec vue sur La Guisane, il accueille 8 personnes. Il dispose d'un grand séjour, d'une cuisine équipée, de 2 vraies chambres et d'un coin bureau. L'appartement est intégralement équipé (lave-vaisselle, Nespresso, appareil à raclette/fondue, lave linge séchant, TV, WIFI...). Parking au pied de la résidence. Linge de maison non fourni. Et 20% de remise sur les locations de ski !

Stations de skis a proximité : Puy-saint-Vincent et Pelvoux (20 min), Montgenèvre, Vars et Serre chevalier (35 min). Nombreuses balades à pieds ou VTT en partant du studio. A 15 min du Parc National des Écrins et de ses magnifiques paysages ! 30 min du Queyras. Lac avec baignade surveillée l'été !

When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

Au coeur du somptueux territoire naturel préservé de Haute-Maurienne en toute proximité de la frontière italienne. Splendide cadre naturel préservé en lisière de prairies & forêts. Agréable jardinet aménagé et fleuri.

Appartement au calme dans chalet au pied des pistes de ski, à 100 mètres de l'école de ski, à proximité immédiate des commerces et du village. Au départ des randonnées l'été. Au quartier du hameau de l'Obélisque où sont situés les beaux chalets et hôtels de la station. Box garage, box à ski et parking privé devant le chalet. La terrasse sud offre une jolie vue sur les montagnes et le lac en été. L'emplacement, le côté pratique, le confort et l'authenticité du lieu vous séduiront.
