The Bluebell Farmhouse

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).

The Bungalow at Brianza Winery

Studio apartment with queen bed, full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Great for couples or solo travelers you can enjoy the peaceful beautiful grounds and stop by the tasting room for a wine tasting. The tasting room is located about 400 yards from The Bungalow and is open Tuesday thru Sunday. If you need more space, the Cottage at Brianza (located adjacent to the Bungalow) and the Bungalow can be rented together creating a three bedroom rental. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
