There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Set in the country, on a working farm this Family friendly space has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Newly renovated (2025) greenhouse on premises is a perfect place to sit and relax amongst tropical flora in evenings, or you may walk down a lit pathway to the Gazebo during the evenings. Other guests maybe sharing this space with you. Close to beaches, golf and long walks. Watch the sun set over the water where the acres of Tulips are grown behind the house.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Listen to the breakers from the North Shore, Watch Osprey and Bald Eagles fish in the Bay. Spectacular panoramic Sunrises, Stars and Sunsets from an elevated deck with hammocks. Soak in the hot tub after a day of golf, at the beach or on the water in one of our kayaks or SUP. At the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, watch the boats harvest blue mussels, walk around the Point, or sit and read a book. It's a special kind of peaceful here, happy to share.
