Only a 2-hour drive from Montreal and 3.5 hour drive from Boston!

Two bedrooms w/ 2 Queen Beds, Full Kitchen, Dining Table, Sectional Couch, TV, and Full Bath. The building is located one block from the Waterfront and Amtrak Station and heading East 3 blocks, are the Church Street Marketplace and Flynn Theatre. The South End Arts District's galleries, shops, and brewpubs are 1/4 mile south.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

Located in Central Vermont our studio apartment for two is surrounded by gardens with its own patio. Due to Covid precautions, we are only accepting FULLY VACCINATED guests, at this time. We are located north of Dartmouth College, near Barre/ Montpelier and close enough for day trips to the White Mountains, major ski areas and fly fishing.
