Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

A deux pas de la belle Sienne, rez-de-chaussée de villa agréable et spacieux. Grands espaces, belles sdb. Super équipement général (cave à vin !) mais ni tasses ni mugs. Pas d'huile ou de condiments ( sel). Très dommage surtout à la vue de la prestation générale. par contre capsules cafés en nombre suffisant. Presque parfait donc !

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Die wohnung liegt wunderschön in der toskanischen landschaft. Siena ist super zu erreichen mit dem auto, ca 10 minuten. Die wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet man fühlt sich sehr zu hause. Die terrasse und garten waren sehr schön. Und die wegbeschreibung und check in mit sehr toller beschreibung. Wir danken anna für den schönen aufenthalt in ihrem hübschen toskanischen hsus.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Nicola verbracht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich direkt zuhause fühlt und alles findet was man braucht. Sehr weitläufiges gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Ausblick von der eigenen Terrasse. Der kleine Bach in der Nähe ist wunderschön und wir sind dort baden gegangen. Zusätzlich dazu ist Nicola wirklich sehr nett und die beiden Katzen haben immer Lust zu schmusen ;)

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Antonio was the perfect host with his amazing condo along the river in Florence. Everything was as described. The views from the patio are to die for as you look across the river into the hillside, and you can see the Piazzele Michelangelo! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants near by. He also provided Ana amazing list of recommendations for food, gelato, sites, and more. 10/10, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this beautiful city!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
