Great location and good place to stay if you will be out and about doing things. It is somewhat secluded from the owners home. Would stay again. Bring own toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap. It’s listed as an amenity, which it is provided in tiny little bottles. Not an issue for those with little hair… but I have lots of it and didn’t pack any since it was listed as an amenity at all of the places we were staying.

Jeremy was a great host and the casita was the perfect landing pad for our first visit to Sedona. The casita was clean, cozy and had all the essentials in the kitchen and bath. Having access to laundry was a perk with lots of hiking activities and managing packing. The casita was a great location and access to local amenities like grocery options and attractions was an easy drive. It is both close enough yet not on top of the more high traffic touristy area. The casita was nicely private and had an amazing outdoor sitting area with a view and close to the airport loop/vortex. My husband and I had a lovely stay in Sedona and look forward to future visits as well. Thanks Jeremy for hosting such a lovely space!

This was my second stay at Heather and Mark’s Airbnb on Josephine Street, and once again, it was absolutely perfect! I was in town for the Whiskey Off-Road, and their place couldn’t have been a better home base. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything in downtown Prescott — and just minutes from the event start. The home is spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make a stay feel easy and relaxing. Heather and Mark are fantastic hosts, communicative, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is just right. I appreciated how seamless check-in and check-out were, and the cozy feel of the house is peaceful and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — it’s become my go-to spot for Whiskey Off-Road weekends. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, felt very private, love the decor. Very cute, quiet, peaceful and lovely spot for our girls trip getaway. Host was very responsive. Easy to find and get in and out. Clear instructions and very clean. Really enjoyed the extensive cooking utensils as we cooked several meals in.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed in the guesthouse. This is my all time favorite airbnb and I plan my trips to the valley around availability every year. Best hosts, most comfortable stay, peaceful location.

As a single traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Wes's place. The studio was spacious and provided everything I needed. Wes was a very responsive host--when the Keurig coffee maker gave up the ghost, Wes brought a new one to that unit the same day--I appreciated that, as I love my morning coffee! Thanks Wes!

Excellent place to stay. It’s north of Scottsdale in a beautiful area near Boulders Golf Club. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning interior design! It feels so clean, cozy, fresh and new. Which brought a sense of safety! Jadyn and nick responded to anything I asked very quickly, would definitely stay again. The hot tub was already on when we got there so we didn’t have to wait for it to heat up. Great quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash for their guests, this is just one example of them going the extra mile to add to your experience here. Would stay again if I was in the area for another visit!

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! We stayed at Patty’s Oasis in the Desert for 3 nights while in the area cleaning out a storage unit. After a long day of working, coming home to the peaceful rental was so nice! Everything was very clean and comfortable! We had one free day, where we walked around the neighborhood and tried our hand at fishing the local waterways. Patty was nice enough to provide us with the community permission slip to fish the private pond. We also enjoyed some time in the back yard next to the pool before heading out for the evening. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again if we make our way back to Arizona!

Brian's place was bright, cheery, and welcoming! The studio set up was well done - there was enough space to relax, prepare and eat meals. The neighborhood felt safe and it was within walking distance to restaurants and a brewpub. Communication was fast and efficient.

We just loved Victoria and Cameron's Casita in the heart of West Sedona. It was just wonderful to come back to such a unique and beautiful place after a full day of fun Sedona activities. We spent several hours in the outdoor patio area reading, having a drink, and relaxing. The gardens and trees are just beautiful with a light floral fragrance. The inside of the space is thoughtfully kept and decorated. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Overall, just the perfect way to unwind on our vacation. Also, the Casita is within very close walking distance to some great eats and a whole foods grocery store! Chocolatree is a must try if you stay there! Victoria and Cameron are easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They even let my husband borrow a book from their small collection so he could finish it and return it when he is done. This was my second time staying at Sonya’s Airbnb in the past 30 days - do I need to say more? I was greeted so warmly upon arrival. Felt like I was visiting a good friend! Once again, the Airbnb was sparkling clean with every single amenity one could ever need and more. I’m always impressed by how quickly the little wall unit can cool down AND heat the entire apartment. Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.
