Guests will have access to the entire 3 bed room 3 bathroom 2400 square ft home. The guests also have access to the back patio/porch and ENTIRE fenced in back yard. The only areas the guests can not access are the locked cleaning closet and garden efficiency located under the porch, where the owners stay occasionally. (Separate entrance private from the house) Malibu is known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide Zuma Beach. To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are only a couple miles from the beach! There are 3-4 parking spots on the street.
