The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

Welcome to this charming, fully equipped studio cottage, with an expansive outdoor patio. There's a full kitchen, AC/heat, gas BBQ grill, and Queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress and luxury linens. Head to the beach just over a mile away. Visit the Channel Islands National Park. Located in residential midtown Ventura it's a bit over 2 miles to vibrant Downtown Ventura and a short drive to Ojai and Santa Barbara.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
