Lovely, private guest house in the middle of an avocado orchard with swimming pool & hot tub & spectacular views of the Channel Islands. Sunsets are unbelievable! Feels like you're in the Tuscan hills of Italy with an ocean view in the distance. Tranquil & secluded yet only 10 minutes from Camarillo Airport & the Camarillo Outlet stores, 20 minutes to beaches, 30 minutes to Malibu, 45 minutes to Santa Barbara, 1 hour North of Los Angeles. Cal State University Channel Islands is 15 minutes away.

One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). This property is attached to a condo which is not occupied by the Host. You have your own entrance.

Visit the Channel Islands National Park. Located in residential midtown Ventura it's a bit over 2 miles to vibrant Downtown Ventura and a short drive to Ojai and Santa Barbara.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
