John and Elaine were very welcoming, ready to greet me and make sure I had everything I needed to settle in. After that they gave me my privacy, which I appreciated. I settled in and enjoyed my stay, it made the perfect base for what I was doing. The place is comfy and roomy, with everything I needed. Be aware, it's a small kitchen with a hotplate and microwave and fridge, but perfectly adequate for cooking.

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was exactly what me and my partner were looking for. A nice quiet area, great scenery, the house itself was perfect in terms of size, style and exactly what we imagined. Alex was also kind enough to provide breakfast amenities. It’s also right in the middle of all the winery’s, which we had a great time exploring. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable get away.

We went to Phillip Island for the Motogp. Great location, very clean and good access to the track. Would be very happy to stay there next year. Thanks Kim

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! Thanks James for sharing this little hidden gem!

Kieran was so welcoming and his room was beautiful! we had fresh bread and lovely jams which was fantastic as a snack after seeing the penguins. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed, everything we could want was included in the room if we come back again, I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! Such a cosy place, delicious treats left for us upon arrival and the warmest welcome. Close to cute corner of shops (great fish and chips!) and tucked away from the busy tourist spots, but still close to everything. The place was immaculate, artwork and books make the place feel like home and a very private stay. Thanks for having us!

Andrews place was amazing to stay. Location is so beautiful, right across from the beach. Highly reccommend if wanting to just relax and be near the ocean, such a treat with everything closeby, walking distance to a chemist and takeaways that sells fish n chips/pizza/gelato etc. Only a few mins drive to local grocery store/shops/and restaurants. Close to Arthurs Seat a few mins drive, if wanting to go on the cable cars. Beautiful sight seeing places, along the way. A few mins drive to alot of places. House was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed was available. The only thing is, there was no WIFI, but it wasnt a biggie, because we had lots to do outdoors. 😀

We had a wonderful stay at Gavan’s property. The studio room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Its location was perfect—just a short distance from a beautiful beach. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We stayed for one night to see the Penguin Parade, and this property was an ideal spot for that. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful hosts and gorgeous Airbnb! Trudy and Ray were timely and clear with communication, and we even had the luxury of using the nicely heated pool! They even left a personalised welcome sign, some snacks, and all amenities were provided. There was also a comprehensive manual with recommendations on places to go. This is definitely an experience that we would rate very highly for anyone in the area ☺️

Very kind and approachable host, easy to communicate with. Had a lovely chat and he recommended some great places to go. Location was secluded from the main shops but was still really conveniently close. Beautiful location, beach access just down the street, quite a bit to do and see around the area/around Phillip Island. Spaces were clean and tidy, and everything was really well catered to us. Cameron was really helpful and considerate which made our stay all the better. Overall very enjoyable experience and would book with Cameron again if we came back!

My partner and I spent Easter weekend in Karyn‘s apartment in Mt Martha. It was absolutely perfect for our three-night getaway from the city. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and was squeaky clean when we arrived. It‘s a cosy and tasteful place for two people, with nice indoor and outdoor areas to relax after a day full of swimming or hiking. There is no stove but a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. so cooking some meals is definitely possible. The parking space and the short distance to the beach, cafes, supermarkets and main roads were very convenient. I would absolutely recommend Karyn‘s place!

Nice relaxing stay right near the beach. We could hear the waves and easily walk to the beach each morning. The bed was comfortable and the styling had a nice vibe. Lots of small thoughtful touches throughout, like map with best place to swim, bird book, binoculars ++

Lisa’s Airbnb is like Lisa, delightful, artsy and welcoming. It’s a great space, with every amenity you could think of for a home away from home, even an air fryer which was a nice touch for the self contained stay. Lisa and her family were so sweet with Rafferty (my dog), having him over when I was out (and even when I wasn’t, he defected if Mum was being boring). Lisa was so chill about checking out and in, even helping me out with tools for washing my friend’s car I had borrowed for the weekend. Smiths beach is the best place to stay in PI, IMHO. It’s the perfect single gal and doggo getaway.

The place was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great spot, short walk to the beach, very private. Highly recommend this beautiful little spot. Peter was an excellent host and was very accommodating allowing us to check in early.

Di and Pats place felt right at home!!! The views were absolutely breathtaking and we slept so well! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also had a surprise visit from the wildlife which was very amusing! The location is 5min from the beach and main town center, we really enjoyed and can’t wait to come back.

Marks place was very nice, clean and comfortable. He was so helpful through out our stay. He made us feel at home and was generous to offer us fresh bread and eggs from his chickens that we enjoyed it so much. I totally recommend this beautiful peaceful place to getaway.

Booked this cottage for my husband to be near his elderly parents during a difficult time. Deidre was a fabulous host, responsive and friendly, while maintaining the privacy of the cottage. Cottage was clean, neat and comfortable. Would highly recommended
