The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
