Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem großen Pool. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Amazing house to stay, especially a team or family. House locates a a private corner, and quite safe. Room is big enough, kitchen hardwares are premium quality. Pool offers great water quality, amazing! Big suggestion to stay !

Un logement agréable avec une terrasse accueillante entourée d’une belle végétation dans les hauteurs de la ville. Amelie et Eric sont des hôtes très accueillants. Ils seront vous conseiller sur les sorties à faire dans les environs.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer guten Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder ein einfacher Spaziergang sind ohne zeitlichen Aufwand zu erledigen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern auf den Fotos. Die Erreichbarkeit von Greg ist nicht zu toppen, reagiert sofort und hilft umgehend. Wir waren zu fünft vor Ort und würden die Unterkunft auch ein zweites Mal buchen

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec 6 copains au sein de la magnifique maison de Sylvie. Réactive et arrangeante, je recommande vivement la maison, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. The very best AirBnB experience we´ve ever had! CheckIn: Tommy welcomed us personally and made sure that we settle in perfectly. His good mood was certainly contagious =) Location: We stayed a month and explored the whole french riviera. Pegomas was perfect for that as it´s not too far from any of the hot spots but still quiet and cozy. The ideal setting for a home away from home. The house itself is located on a generous piece of land (close to a hectar) with beautiful nature views from every window. The plot is shared with the hosts, however we never felt that we were somehow limited in privacy. Property: Everything is in top shape and feels super homey. The house is equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen is stocked superbly! The beds are super comfortable and for us as a family of 4 (baby & toddler included) it couldn´t have been better. Host: A lovely family that carries hospitality in their heart. I´m proud to say that we found friends in them <3

Ein sehr schönes Haus das vollständig der Beschreibung entsprochen hat. Sehr viel Platz und ein modernes Design des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas eng da der Nachbar seine Autos in der Zufahrt park. Absolut hervorheben möchte ich den Empfang und die Übergabe durch Thomas, er war sehr freundlich, hat extrem schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und kümmert sich perfekt um einen.

This was a great stay. The villa is in a fantastic location: the charming neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is proximate to many great beaches and a short walk into Cannes proper. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Amidst many positives, there are two watchouts to be aware of: 1. While there is a beautiful deck and outdoor space, the mosquitos are rampant. It seemed no amount of bug spray or citronella would limit their reign of terror. 2. While there is a pool, there is no ramp, ladder, or steps. This means to get in, you must jump or slide in, and equally to get out you need to push yourself up. The difficult access made it challenging to take my 1 year old daughter swimming. All of that said, it was a great stay and I would certainly go back!

J’ai réservé la villa pour des vacances avec 11 amis. Nous avons été pleinement surpris en arrivant sur place car la villa est extraordinaire et est 1000 fois au dessus de ce que les photos montrent. L’intérieur est confortable, moderne et très optimisé (TOUT le nécessaire pour être comme chez soi se trouve dans la villa !). Il n’y a pas de photos des deux salles de bain sur Airbnb or ces deux salles de bain sont modernes (douche italienne + douche italienne et baignoire dans la 2eme) ce qui est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et avec beaucoup de rangements. La villa est très espacée ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Les balcons et terrasses présents à tous les étages sont un énorme avantage. La piscine et l’espace extérieur sont simplement parfaits ! Le bar extérieur nous a totalement séduit et le jardin est très grand ce qui nous a permis de jouer au spike ball, badminton, volley, ping pong… Un tout grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Denis a été très réactif pour la communication et très arrangeant pour l’arrivée dans les lieux. Je recommande !

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Det er et must med leiebil, da det ikke er noe offentlig transport i området. værten svarer raskt om det var noe, og vi følte veldig velkommen igjen ved utsjekking. vil absolutt Anbefale dette feriestedet!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Nice. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create both comfort and a magical atmosphere. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, offering everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The design is truly impressive, and the fireplace was the highlight—it not only kept us warm during chilly evenings but also added such a cozy, enchanting vibe to our time there. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night’s sleep, and every corner of the house reflected care and quality. This was, without a doubt, the first time in all our rental experiences that we genuinely felt sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back and create more beautiful memories in this amazing home.

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

Geweldige ervaring in een prachtig huis! Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf in deze Airbnb. Het huis was geweldig: schoon, sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, wat meteen voor een warm en welkom gevoel zorgde. De omgeving was ook prachtig – heerlijk rustig, mooie natuur en toch alles goed bereikbaar. Of je nu wilde wandelen, fietsen of gewoon even helemaal tot rust wilde komen, het kon allemaal. Al met al een fantastische ervaring die mijn verwachtingen heeft overtroffen. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden en kom hier graag nog eens terug

Stayed at Damien’s place for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Everything myself and friends needed was provided and very flexible with check in / out times! Would definitely recommend to anyone 😊

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa! Great for families and couples (we were 6 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler), and with all the amenities you could ask for. The place was exactly as described and the interaction with the hosts Jennifer & Ruedi was so friendly and welcoming! You notice that they live in the house the rest of the year, because every detail is thought of in the house and thus made it really feel like home. Thanks again!!
