We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

very helpful host, the place was enchanting. You had a feeling you were staying in a forest. Away from the noise and pollution, fresh air. A right place to get yourself recharged.

We had a fantastic stay at Jellyfish! We travelled in a group of 3 couples, so we had all three rooms on the top floor of the guest house, which was clean, spacious and had AC in the bedrooms. Breakfast was always delicious! The location is by a beautiful part of the river where you can spot majestic birds and try various water sports. We tried the complementary kayaking tour, which was adapted to our experience level, and were very satisfied. The staff of Jellyfish are very friendly and helpful, and for a very reasonable extra fee they organised lunch and dinner for our group when needed (if you want to venture into Kozikhode/Calicut, it's a bit too far to walk easily but the staff can help arrange a transport). Overall, great service and value for money, warmly recommended! ☺️ Some things to know though: 1) They don't sell bottled water at the site as their intention is to reduce plastic use. 2) Extra meals are possible but the staff need 3h notice to arrange it.

The place is amazing, has a huge open space right in front, feels like a farm house. Noushad is also very helpful with anything we need related to the villa or regarding tourist spots in Wayanad. Overall an excellent stay.

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

As discussed with Hyder, we travelled with our GSD... he had an instant liking to the place. We were offered both the rooms on the 3rd floor and absolutely loved it. The caretaker Saneesh took great care and provided us with all comforts requested. The cook was also very friendly and great at the dishes she served us. All 3 kids of mine had an excellent time walking, with our dog, around the beautiful tea estates near by. Thanx a million Hyder

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. We stayed here for 4 days. Vinod was an excellent and friendly host. This is the right place to stay if someone is planning for a trip in Wayanad. It is situated in the center of every tourist destination, so travel and planning becomes easy. The place is surrounded by a coffee plantation on one side. Regarding stay : It was excellent and Vinod ( Host) was very helpful. I took his help to plan the visits and it worked very well. Breakfast provided was very tasty. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall very good experience here.

It was awesome to stay in this resort in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The owner of the resort, Mr.Pradeep was extremely hospitable and He took care of all our needs at all times and ensured that we remained at ease. He helped us readily at all the times, even during late , it is located at an appropriate distance from all the scenic beauties around. There are lot of games to play, including cricket, football, carrom, chess, badminton etc. It feels like heaven to wake up at early mornings, when the mist is at its peak. The authentic complimentary kerala breakfast, that they offer is delicious. Vamp fire with party music was the highlight of accommodation to have fun until late night. Separate kitchen is also available to cook non vegetarian food. For a family members of 20 people, you got all the facilities to cook and enjoy the delicacy. Overall, I would recommend this resort readily to all of my friends who might visit wayanad.

Really nice place - clean, comfortable, and exactly as in pictures. The place is right in the middle of an estate. Pictures don't do justice for this place. Good place for a weekend get away.
