Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Zentrale, man kann in weniger Minute mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Museen und Gamla Stan erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und ordentlich - sehr passend für Familie. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich, proaktiv und detailliert in der Kommunikation. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Alles war wunderbar an dieser Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber und sehr ruhig. Man kam sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt. Dominique hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auf Fragen hat er schnell reagiert. Ansonsten war der Kontakt sehr freundlich.

The apartment is a fresh, elegant space. Newly built in an old block, with all options except a lift, it is a wonderful place to stay. Once I understood that the 5th floor apartment didn't have a lift, Sandra and Niklas went out of their way to assist us. Without their support we probably wld have cancelled the booking, and what a pity that wld have been.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet und ruhig dank der gut isolierten Fenster. Die Lage ist super: direkt an der U-Bahn und ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und es war toll, dass wir unser Gepäck noch etwas länger in der Wohnung lassen konnten. Die Betten waren bequem - nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart. Die Bettengröße ist für drei erwachsene Personen ausreichend, für mehr wäre es allerdings eher sehr knapp. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Allergiker: es gibt Daunendecken, was nicht für jeden ideal sein könnte.

Excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants. L'appartement de Marc est très bien situé à 2 pas des transports et des boutiques. L'environnement était très calme et proche d'un magnifique parc. La cuisine est très bien équipée ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner et de nous sentir comme à la maison. La communication avec Marc à été excellente : aussi bien pour des questions pratiques que des conseils de visites.. Encore merci !

Wir hatten 5 sehr schöne Tage in Stockholm und den Schären. Tommy und Maria waren sehr nette Gastgeber, die Einliegerwohnung ist sehr freundlich, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage in Boo ist gut in einem adretten Wohngebiet. Das Auto konnten wir am Haus parken und haben die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (ab Haltestelle Tunvägen) genutzt. Ca. 45min in die Innenstadt (Slussen etc.). Via Saltsjökvarn auch mit dem Pendelboot gut nach Djurgarden oder in die Schären. Empfehlenswert!

El alojamiento está muy cómodo, súper bien ubicado, es seguro y Hasse ha sido muy amable y servicial. Estocolmo es una ciudad preciosa hay mucho que hacer, el clima no es limitante, es cuestión de llevar la ropa adecuada 👌🏼 En estas vacaciones fue nuestro destino favorito ❤️

Ett komplett boende där allt vi behövde fanns. Trevligt bemötande, smidigt med in-och utcheckning och extra plus för laddmöjlighet för vår elbil. Sköna sängar, bra utrustat kök och badrum. Det enda som saknades var en belyst spegel i badrummet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Johan. La maison est très spacieuse, très propre et arrangée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à Stockholm par le tramway puis le métro ou pour faire des croisières depuis le port tout proche. Johan a été réactif et la communication a été très facile. Je recommande !

Dieses Haus (eigentlich sind es zwei Häuser, ein wunderschönes zusätzliches Gästehaus auf dem Grundstück) ist einfach toll gelegen und sehr gemütlich. Es war sehr sauber und man merkt, dass die Besitzer normalerweise hier leben, denn es ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts, auch nicht auf der großen Aussenterrasse. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es ist Maria sehr wichtig, das alles perfekt ist und sie ist stets erreichbar und liebenswert freundlich. Wir hätten uns kein besseres Haus in der Nähe von Stockholm wünschen können und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

La casa di Tommy è incantevole, comoda e funzionale. Circondata da un bosco, con vista panoramica sulla baia, oltre ad un comodo parcheggio privato , offre tanti spazi di relax coma la zona lettura , le sedie Adirondack sul patio, terrazzo per bbq con vista sulla baia ed una comoda amaca nel giardino. A pochi metri, direttamente sull’acqua offre una sauna ed un piccolo molo con uso di un kayak. La cucina è attrezzata con il necessario, anche con lavastoviglie e, direttamente nel piano sotto si trova una lavatrice. Tommy e Nettie si sono dimostrati fin da subito premurosi ed attenti rendendosi disponibili con discrezione, a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Our family of of 5 had a great stay at the house! It was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was great. We could easily walk to a grocery store and a great playground at the school down the street. It was a quick drive to downtown Vaxholm. My kids spent a lot of time on the trampoline. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and in the house!

Vi ble mottatt av Egon og hans familie i huset og de viste oss rundt. De var veldig vennlige og vi følte oss med en gang som hjemme. Huset er nydelig, med fantastiske uteplasser og mye utstyr. Her har en alt en trenger, både inne og ute. Bassenget er og oppvarmet om det er en dag uten sol. To gode bad, flott kjøkken og en super utestue som en kan kose seg i på kvelden eller om det er litt kjølig. Det er en kort tur inn til koselige Vaxholm og om en vil på shopping er Stockholm også i rimelig nærhet. Vi hadde bil, men tok og en del buss. Bussen gikk ofte og det er lett å finne fram. Vi vil anbefale dette stedet på det varmeste. Nydelig hus og gode verter. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

lane的房子非常的漂亮有品质，我们两家人在这里度过了美好的假期，厨房物品非常齐全，杯具也很好，床上用品也很舒服！花园有很多孩子可以玩的地方，房子附近走路可以达到超市药店，生活非常便利，这个区域非常舒适便利！

A unique home located in beautiful surroundings. The house is stylish, spacious, clean and well appointed as per the listing. Nice touches like toiletries make it homely. We did not use the pool as found the water a bit cold for our taste. It was perfect for our family of 5 with older kids. The steep stairs may however be an issue for toddlers or people with reduced mobility. The self check in was a dream and Kim is very responsive and attentive, totaly deserves the 'superhost' label. We would happily come back again! In terms of location, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe and you feel like you are in the real Sweden as there are no tourists. The supermarket and local shops and cafes are a 10 min stroll away. The access to the centre of Stockholm is straightforward via bus and underground within about 30 mins door to door, depending on the time of the day. We went there every day and used the SL Stockholm transport app to buy group tickets.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren für 2 Wochen in Fredriks und Pernillas Haus. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und bietet Parkplätze auch für 2 Pkw. Die Unterkunft bietet 2 Außenbereiche, prima geeignet zum Essen , Spielen oder zum genießen der Aussicht. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von unserem Gastgebern sehr gut betreut. Da das Haus auch als Wohnhaus unserer Gastgeber dient (die während unserer Anwesenheit auf Reisen waren) ist das Haus perfekt ausgestattet, inkl. Gasgrill, Sonos, Waschmaschine, etc. Es sind 5 Gehminuten zur nächsten Badestelle, die wir sehr oft für uns alleine hatten. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Busse fahren regelmäßig um z.B. innerhalb einer Stunde in Stockholms Innenstadt zu sein. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, um weitere Badestellen und Vaxholm zu erkunden. Hinter uns liegt ein wunderschöner, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub. Vielen Dank Euch beiden wir kommen gern wieder!

Bel appartement dans un quartier calme avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Cuisine très bien équipée. Les 3 chambres étaient un vrai plus pour notre famille.On a pu profiter du balcon . Les transports sont faciles d’accès 6 minutes à pied pour le tramway ( bus pendant les travaux) et un peu moins pour le ferry gratuit. Très bonne communication avec Ingrid.

Notre séjour a été rendu parfait grâce au logement de Monica. En effet, il est à 7min à pied de la gare qui amène au centre de Stockholm et dans un quartier calme et agréable. Même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés physiquement, nous avons échangé très amicalement avec Monica qui a mis à notre disposition ce dont nous avions besoin en plus. Un vrai chez soi pour nos vacances de fin d'année ! Bravo !

Gorgeous apartment in excellent location just meters from shops and public transport. The space is decked out beautifully with all modern conveniences and everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Host is very helpful, friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Jennifer est très accueillante et toujours très reactive en cas de questions. Le logement est vaste, agréable à vivre, et très bien équipé . Nous y avons passé à 4 un très bon moment et nos 2 ados étaient fans de l'immense tv le soir pour un bon film ou un jeu.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic hosts! We wanted to visit family in Solna, so this place was in an ideal location. Close to shops and public transport, but not on a busy street. Our kids also loved it here! Would definitely recommend!

Very much enjoyed staying at Aura and Diaco's place, it's very well located and is a pleasant place to spend time. The hosts were very helpful with instructions for check in and check out and even provided useful information about how to travel from the airport.

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, bien aménagé, fonctionnel. Tobias a été charmant, aimable, très réactif sur les questions. Il y a eu un tout petit problème technique, et Tobias est intervenu très vite alors que le problème était mineur et pouvait attendre. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
