Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. On the third level there is a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Το Μεράκι είναι ένα μοναδικό διαμέρισμα (40m2) που βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο. Έχουμε φτιάξει το διαμέρισμά μας με "μεράκι" και προσοχή έτσι ώστε να σας προσφέρει τα πάντα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος είναι: δωρεάν Wi-Fi, smart TV, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, ντουζιέρα, 1 διπλό κερβάτι, καναπές-κρεβάτι(υψηλής άνεσης), ιδιωτική μεγάλη αυλή. Fully equipped with everything you need (wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, etc.) and only five a minutes walk from the central square of Vathy (close to supermarkets, cafes, taverns and souvenir shops), our house will offer you a worry-free stay!

Villa Marika

A beautiful home with views of the port of Vathy and a pleasant stroll through the small laneways to the centre of town. It is a quiet street but close to the cafes & bars. It is baby friendly and very clean. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Please refer to the photos for the exact location of the property and how to get there from the port.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Ένας ενιαίος, ισόγειος, ευρύχωρος χώρος 45 περίπου τμ, με έντονα στοιχεία πέτρας και ξύλου και με διακόσμηση από την παλιά Ιθάκη. Διαθέτει μία περιφραγμένη αυλή χωρίς θέα. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Βαθέως και σε απόσταση περίπου 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την διαμονή του.
