Holiday home close to beautiful lake

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Sjönära stuga i mysig by med promenadavstånd till lanthandel. med ICA To Go, apoteksombud och Systembolags ombud samt Qstar. Tillgång till roddbåt, fiskevatten och mysiga promenadvägar. Kommunal badplats och multiarena ,avstånd 600 meter. Närmaste tätort är Valdemarsvik, 1,5 mil. Här finns ett sovrum med 180 säng och litet Tv-rum med bäddsoffa för två. Köket är utrustat med kyl/frys och spis med ugn. Toalett inomhus och utedusch med varmvatten.

Bra kommunikationer med busshållplats (144an) bara 50m bort med buss till Älvsjö station och pendeltåg till Stockholm C: 20minuter från dörr till dörr, 35 min till Solna/Friends arena. Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023. Upptäck omgivningen i Södermanland med fiske, kanotpaddling och bad året om. Närmaste badplats ligger endast 200 meter bort! Passa på att stanna här på väg till Stockholm eller Skavsta flygplats. Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. Possibility to rent a sauna (50 euro)
