The Pond House is a secluded getaway in the woods with double glass doors throughout the house so you can enjoy nature, even while you are inside. It sits at the end of the winding drive through dogwoods in the spring, green trees in summer and colored leaves in autumn. There is a small pond on the edge of the property. Outdoor patios are a wonderful place to breathe in the early morning air, watch a sunset, or grill. There is plenty of room for walks and the property is yours to explore.

We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
