Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

Recliner for watching the waterway. Desk & fast internet to work remotely. Down: kitchen & washer/dryer. Private walkway & entry to the Studio. EZ parking, even if towing. Breakfast items are included for your use: Eggs, English muffins, Oatmeal, Grits, various teas & coffees, and Reverse Osmosis water.

Original oceanfront cottage on Holden Beach, just steps from the sand and water. Enjoy the dolphins and shorebirds from the rockers on the covered porch. Cozy studio has been completely renovated with thoughtful amenities. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee (Keurig), condiments, spices, and premium cookware. No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are provided.

Salty Air Retreat

Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Sunset Harbor Private Suite Private Entrance/Bath

Sunset Harbor is a quiet, friendly little fishing community (420 population) filled with southern hospitality Relax…listen to the ocean. The Nature Preserve includes fishing pier, boat launch, sunsets, dolphins (one mile). Our Intercoastal beach is within one mile. Oak Island Beaches are 15/20 min by vehicle depending on traffic. Free boat launch is less than a mile away, boat parking is plentiful on my property for any size boats. Local convenience store has bait, fishing license, boat gas.

The Cozy Coconut (Couples Retreat)

Escape to the Cozy Coconut: your perfect, affordable beach getaway. The large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and rinse off the sand and saltwater in our unique outdoor shower. Less than a mile from the nearest public beach access and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and putt putt on the Holden Beach causeway. This location is close to several beautiful golf courses featuring the Lockwood Folly Country Club and the Carolina National Golf course.

Oceanfront Duplex~ linens included!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!

Take a break and unwind in a quiet, quaint little spot, surrounded by wildlife and close to the water. The apartment is recently renovated with many amenities to take advantage of. A smart tv along with internet and wifi access. Keurig coffee always stocked with coffee and all things necessary to make a good cup of coffee. Water bottles are always provided for our guests during their stay and the bed frame is brand new and has a charging station built into the headboard to charge devices.

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.
