We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
