From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Direkter Seezugang. In der Wohnung(64 qm) können 3 Personen übernachten .Dazu(!)kann ein Bauwagen als zusätzliches Zimmer (bei 4 Personen/3 Erwachsenen)gebucht werden . Der Bauwagen steht im Park. (Der Bauwagen kann nicht benutzt werden, wenn er nicht ausdrücklich zum Schlafen gebucht wird.

Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Das Studio liegt am Rande des Dorfzentrums Weesen in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Der See liegt 150m entfernt, Ausflüge in die Region sind wegen der perfekten Verkehrsanbindung bestens möglich. Zusammen mit den Regionen Heidiland, Glarnerland, St Gallen und Zürichsee sind die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von einer Fahrstunde beinahe Endlos. Das Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
