**The area is currently in a drought and lake levels are low. As of Aug 17th, the dock is not usable. Army Core of engineers controls the lake levels.** Space and privacy is included with this 'end of the lane' house surrounded by Army Corps land. Lake views from 4 season sunroom. Gentle slope to the private deep water boat dock with jet ski ramp in quiet cove off main Kerr Lake. Playset and grass to play on with lots of indoor and outdoor games. Built in 1958, updated in 2019, Cypress Cove Cottage on Kerr Lake is a place to relax, have a refreshing swim, and view stunning sunsets. Originally a summer home, called Sunnyside, the cottage was winterized for a year-round retreat. Bald cypress trees bookend the lakeshore of this unique property. The cottage is on a grassy lot sloping gently to the lake. There is a small dock to fish, swim and watch sunsets. Great spot for lake lifers, fisherfolk, couples, small families, business travelers.

Hunter’s Haven is a lovely 800 square foot hide-out property on Kerr Lake in Henderson, North Carolina. Hidden in a wooded cove with access to hunting. There's even a deer stand on the property! Enough room for 4 - 6 adults. There is ample parking. If you want to bring more guests, check out Hunter's Hideaway on AirBNB! It sleeps an additional 4 people and is adjacent to Hunter's Haven. The property is 3 miles from Henderson Point Recreation. Relax at this peaceful place to stay.
