Stephen und James waren fantastische Gastgeber! Das Airbnb liegt perfekt zwischen Castro und Noe Valley – eine wunderschöne, ruhige und sichere Gegend mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz vor der Garage ist gold wert und die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher innen in der Garage abstellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gestaltet und waren jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Kay was an absolutely amazing host. The house was perfect and she provided several touches that really made us feel at home. She made us a. Quiche for breakfast and we had plenty of fruit, muffins, and juices for breakfast. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and already looking to book again for next year! Thanks Kay for all that you did to really make us feel at home!!! Highly recommended!!!

The house is stunningly beautiful - wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful tile work- in one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of California - a beaches and hiking trails that go on for miles. Definitely one of the nicest Air B and Bs that we have stayed at.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay here again! From a safe neighborhood, to a spotless home, to freshly filled hot tub, to the well-stocked towels and beddings, to welcoming gathering spaces, to the private back yard and bedrooms...not to mention all the design and personal touches that make this house feel like a home! This home is restorative and relaxing as could be. I could go on and on. Everything we needed was here. And any shopping we needed was just a block away. We hiked nearby trails about ten minutes away like the Lafayette Reservoir and Lafayette Moraga tail every day. I couldn't imagine a more perfect fit. Honestly, it was hard to leave. Thank you Amy!

This was probably our favorite Airbnb ever! It exuded quiet, simplicity and comfort, and was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Everything was accessible, clean and welcoming. The refrigerator and cabinets were well-stocked with food, dishes, cookware, gadgets and appliances. Pamela provided clear instructions for using appliances, recycling, leaving, etc., including "Help yourselves to all the food." The lovely back garden was an additional plus. The two of us could work separately in comfort – one at the desk, one at the kitchen table. The bed was very comfortable, with extra blankets and sheets provided. The bathroom had numerous toiletries and many extra towels. Pamela herself is quite friendly and gladly let us use her washer/dryer. Everything we needed outside was minutes away by car, and Pamela conveniently let us park in the driveway. I come to San Francisco at least twice a year and will be very glad to stay here again.

It’s a special experience staying at Little Castle. Not only is it a lovely house but it is equipped with everything you can imagine for a great stay. My family had our Thanksgiving during our stay and everything you can imagine to cook for and serve eleven people was available. Leslie was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend Little Castle enough if you are looking to get a large group together.

It was a great stay. Nice view and comfortable beds. Hottub in the backyard is a fantastic experience during my stay. Jaime is a very kind and thoughtful host. Thank you very much!

Barbara’s place was lovely. It is exactly as described. The neighborhood is mostly residential with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Highlights are the proximity to Golden Gate Park, the Muni bus stops that can take you all over SF, and Barbara and her husband who are lovely to chat with and give great recommendations. I would certainly recommend this spot.

I had a great stay at the hotel, Rooms were small but very clean and cleaned every week. Had a lot of snacks in the kitchen and also the host is very responsive and helpful.

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

I had a great time staying at Ruby's garden house. I had everything that I needed for my stay, the area felt very safe to me and she was very helpful!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tri's place! The house was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made us feel very comfortable. Tri is an amazing host—he prepared many useful items for us and even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The dim sum he recommended was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Tri, for your warm hospitality!

Pobyt w Alameda (Richard place) był fantastyczny. To jedno z najfajniejszych miejsc w Bay Area. Spokojna, przepiękne uliczka i świetne sąsiedztwo zachęca do spacerów. Blisko są dobre sklepy i łatwy dojazd do San Francisco, Oakland oraz Berkley. Świetne miejsce z miłym ogrodem. W domu znajdziesz wszystko co trzeba od wyposażenia łazienki, kuchni po wygodne sypialnie. Jeśli w SF Bay Area to jest to miejsce

My stay with Emily was excellent. The proximity to UC Berkeley and various stores makes the room a very good accommodation for visiting scholars (and others working at the university). I also got to know Emily's son and her dog, everyone made me feel at home from the beginning, even though I was far away (from Germany). I can only recommend Emily's place :-)

Michelle went above and beyond and kindly provided me with ear plugs, toothbrush and nail clipper that I forgot to pack. I stayed here for 2 weeks, and utterly enjoyed it. There was also breakfast cereal, milk and snacks provided. Neighbourhood is safe, walkable and close to the park and easy to call uber. One of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Only thing is that you may hear sound from other tenants due to the thin wooden wall, but really, this can be managed by direct communication. It’s really quiet outside at night, which is perfect.

Susanna and her husband are terrific hosts. They met and welcomed us to the area. We felt right at home and really appreciate their kind hospitality. It was a great place to stay! Thank you, Susanna and John!

Had a fantastic stay at Janna’s place. It’s perfectly located and walkable to downtown Napa. Janna was kind enough to leave breakfast out for me and my partner before a very early half marathon race. The house was lovely and clean, and I’d be happy to stay again!

Staying with Sandor and Giuliana was wonderful for our first time in San Francisco. It felt like staying with a host family while studying abroad or visiting a distant family member. We enjoyed breakfast together most mornings and had fantastic discussions. This is definitely a room in a lived-in home, as opposed to a separate living space or wing. Our hosts had their adult children/friends pop by, the home is equipped for elders, and although our hosts will match your level of sociability and give you space, it’s not a blank slate hotel room experience. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable! The double paned glass windows block out all street noise. Everything is clean! You really can see the Golden Gate Bridge from the breakfast window. The bus system is right outside the door and easy to use, and 15 minute walk to Chrissy Field South Beach and close to stores, restaurants, and nature. Very safe neighborhood. Definitely worth it to stay here versus Union Square.

The best place in town! If you’re looking for a cute spot in an excellent location, look no further and book now. This charming place is in the middle of everything and Laura’s recommendations will help you decipher which spots to try first. Oh, and she left some yummy English muffins with fresh jam :) We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawna and Glen’s place! They were amazing hosts—very welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves, which gave us a lovely sense of privacy. They had tea, coffee, bagels, homemade jam, and more for us to enjoy—such a nice touch. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood where you can even hear the birds sing, and their backyard is super cute and relaxing. We were traveling as three adults and a 10-month-old baby and were a bit worried about night-time crying, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and accommodating—and thankfully, they didn’t hear a thing! The soundproofing is excellent—we didn’t hear much from downstairs, and they didn’t hear our baby at night either. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

One of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Hosts were super friendly, communicative, and helpful. I stayed in the Hideaway room, which was incredibly cozy and the bed was so comfortable. I ended up spending a lot of time soaking up the sun in the beautiful back yard. Also, the availability of food and laundry was SO appreciated! Staying here helped make a short trip so much less frantic and expensive than it could've been. I truly can't wait to stay there again.
