Just 8 minutes from up-town restaurants (15 to the downtown hot springs) but far enough away for peace and quiet. This is the perfect basecamp for hiking and biking! National Forest Access with 40+ miles of riding and hiking trails less than 1/3rd mile down our road. Numerous more trails nearby! High-speed internet perfect for working or streaming your favorite show.

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please! No pets!! Service animals must not be left unattended!!!

The New Beautiful Bunkhouse is your mountain getaway for some rest and relaxation just outside of Durango. Bright lofted ceilings, surrounded by nature, with some added country farm charm. You will have the comforts of home, with a jaw dropping view of the La Plata mountains, and dark starry nights. The perfect spot for couples or solo travelers to kick up your feet and ENJOY. This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, fuzzy critters, and crisp mountain air.

Mountain Escape

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.
