We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Hemos pasado un puente en familia maravilloso. La parcela y la casa están muy completas y no te falta de nada para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, una buena barbacoa y un bañito en la piscina siempre que el tiempo lo permita. El trato con Sergio y sus padres ha sido de 10, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Recomendable 100% si estás pensando en alojarte por la zona 😊

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Hola Sophie, thanks so much for this lovely stay. we had a great time. we enjoyed especially the view from the terrace. it was nice to see the wide land around and the beautiful sunsets. thanks also for organising drinking water right away. this was very friendly and of course helpful. Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Estuvimos un fin de semana familiar en la Teuleria Anita cerca de Cocentaina como sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi padre y la verdad que fue un fin de semana perfecto. La casa en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a todo el valle de Cocentaina, vistas al castillo y con muchos m2 de superficie. Casa grande, rústica, con todo lo necesario. Estufa de pellets, chimenea y otra de leña, así como varios calefactores eléctricos que nos mantuvieron la mar de bien. Ana súper atenta, nos recomendó varias actividades y zonas donde comer. Nos encantó. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Thilo ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento. El alojamiento es una maravilla en medio de un entorno tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la piscina, y nuestros dos perros lo han disfrutado como los que más. ¡Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda!

I have tried many times to write a review that would describe the experience, of the place and the people in it. It's much more than words can ever say so, you should just live it to feel it. If you like authentic people and -atmosphere, animals, nature, trecking... really recommend! Such a lovely couple with big golden hearts. Felt like coming home ❤️

My family (2 adults+2 kids) stayed for over 2 months at Antonio's place in Gilet, it was wonderful! The place was very cosy and charming and has everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the view on the pines, the village of Petres, the mountains, and we could even catch a view of the sea over the pool:-) Antonio is the sweetest man on earth. He went out of his way to help with everything beyond the working of the house, as we just relocated to Spain, he gave us a lot of information and helped us with various needs. It was easy to park in front of the house. The house and location felt very safe as it is in an urbanization and security is doing rounds. Neighbors are friendly. Just up the street you can walk on a trail through the pines and access other trails. Gilet is a lovely village with lots of activities (theatre festival in October). There's also a train station. Supermarket is 3 minutes away driving. There's a bakery in the village and some restaurants, & kids activities.

Well worth the price, check-in was smooth and check-out even smoother. The villa is a comfortable, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much:)

Pasamos unos fantásticos días en el apartamento de Gregoria. Muy tranquilo con las comodidades y espacio adecuado para nosotros. Todo estaba muy ordenado y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, salón, habitación...). Además, ella siempre estaba accesible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiésemos tener (que no los hubo). Recomendaría encarecidamente su alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.

Un très bon accueil direct de la part d'Antonio accompagné d'un apéritif apprécié. Logement complet (les fournitures en cuisine et salle de bains sont un exemple du genre) très propre avec la plage et les commerces accessibles en quelques minutes tout en ayant un accès direct à la route de Valence sans oublier les transports en commun Nous recommandons fortement.

We had a lovely few days staying in Oskar’s beautiful house. Valencia is only a 20 minute taxi/drive away, and the villa was a great place to come together with eight friends for a long weekend.

Lovely finished place and peaceful location

Host sempre molto disponibile e gentile! Appartamento carino in una zona residenziale tranquillissima, adatta ad un soggiorno relax. Il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con una passeggiata. Ampia pineta di fronte all’appartamento. Ritorneremo se passeremo nuovamente dalla zona! Consigliato!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Alles was bij aankomst heerlijk schoon en precies zoals op de foto's. De kinderen konden lekker voetballen en spelen naast het huis zonder dat ze rekening met buren hoefden te houden. Bij vragen reageerde David direct en was heel erg behulpzaam. Dit huis lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn, maar aan de beschrijving is niets gelogen. Mocht je twijfelen, dan zeg ik: absoluut boeken!

Everything was perfect & we have re-booked for 2 weeks in September😎 Great location for beach, old & new towns & amazing views🥰 Very secure apartment, comfortable beds & a great bar below. Perfect place to ‘people watch’ A vibrant area, but very quiet once the doors are closed. Everything that you could wish for ! Fantastic stay😎

Es la segunda vez que venimos a esta casa y nos encanta. Está preparada con todo lo que se puede necesitar, la ubicación es maravillosa y las vistas impresionantes. La recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Mi familia ha disfrutado mucho estos días.

Gabi y Cris han sido unos anfitriones de 10! Han estado pendientes de que estuviésemos bien en todo momento. Además, viajábamos con dos niñas pequeñas y han tenido un montón de detalles para ellas también! Lugar perfecto para viajar con peques y desconectar rodeados de naturaleza. Tanto la casita como el entorno son preciosos, muy recomendable!
