Este apartamento tiene una ubicación única! Está enfrente de la catedral, podrás disfrutar del encanto de tener la torre a pocos metros y vivir de pleno la alegría de la vibrante vida del centro histórico. Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
