L’appartement est situé à 15 min de Montgenèvre. L’accès est super pratique. Place dans le parking souterrain c’est tellement génial quand on est chargé avec des enfants ! Le studio est hyper propre, spacieux.. Nous avons même eu la chance tous les matins et soir de voir une famille de Cerf à notre fenêtre 😍, pas un bruit dans l’immeuble. Aucun vis à vis. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci ☺️

Mycket trevlig lägenhet, mysigt inredd i fyra plan med välutrustat kök. Trevligt med lite lilla extra, tvål, toapapper, schampo, kryddor, te och kaffe mm. Vi blev väl omhändertagna av Stefano som mötte upp oss och visade allt samt kom med bra tips. Vi var en familj på fem personer som alla hade en fantastisk upplevelse, med bil var det endast 10-20 minuter till de olika skidsystemen i dalen. Tack igen Stefano för en trevlig vistelse i ett mycket bra boende.

It was perfect! The flat was very cosy, warm and clean. It had all the amenities for cooking as well as a moka pot with coffee which was a plus! Also, it was very close to Bardonecchia for skiing. The host was very friendly and responsive to my messages. I definitely recommend to anyone who’d like to explore the surrounding!

Anna and her colleagues went over and above helping us get settled in. Immediately available to answer our questions, despite our late night arrival, also happy to let us checkout a little later. The accommodation is expansive, which is not evident from photos. Lots of space, privacy and room to socialise. There was only three in our party and 6/7 would still be very comfortable. Helpful Kitchen basics for cleaning and cooking were provided. Property was easy to find and get into especially with video instructions sent in advance. Ski hire/cafe/mini supermarket/lift pass kiosk literally across the road opposite the apartment. Slope access just beyond aswell. We felt most at home and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Just back from a great stay at Robertas apartment. Perfect for what we needed as a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 9. Warm and cosy. Very clean. Lots of storage space. Very quiet apartment block only 5-7 minutes walk away for us to the pistes. Roberta was so helpful and so responsive to our different needs throughout the holiday. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Dario è stato davvero stra accogliente. Era la prima volta che usavo AirB&B e devo dire che sono rimasta entusiasta. È stato molto caloroso e premuroso nei confronti miei e della mia famiglia. Ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili sulla zona e per sciare, ed è sempre stato disponibile per darci supporto. La casa è stra accogliente e bella, non rende in foto. Molto comoda.. siamo stati accolti con il camino acceso! Veramente l’esperienza è stata super e sono molto soddisfatta. Si vede che quando uno ci tiene e ci mette l’impegno la qualità è altissima, e Dario ci tiene davvero tanto.

Pierre was so accommodating and helpful. The unit itself was so cute and charming, but with updated fixtures. It was the perfect size for my last minute ski trip and it had such a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was great. I like things on the colder side, but the heating unit warmed up quick on colder days. The TV is a smart tv with access to all of the apps that you would need, but honestly I doubt with this location it’s used often!! There was more than enough space to store my gear, the closet and shelving units were spacious and Pierre provided plenty of hangers. The kitchen was stocked with everything that I needed, the shower was great pressure and temperature, just overall an incredible stay. Also, I stopped by Pinocchio which is Pierre’s restaurant in the village, I would HIGHLY recommend it as well! It was the best meal of my trip. Thank you again Pierre! Look forward to staying here in the future :)

My family and I stayed at Lucas place to ski for a week in the beautiful town of Bardonecchia. He was extremely helpful and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The place is well situated between the ski slopes at Campo Smith and the main town with around 10 mins walk to each. The place was very clean and tidy, very nicely decorated and cosy. Luca provided clear instructions and the property was very well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks again Luca and hope to stay again in future!

Valeria and Filippo are great hosts. Really friendly, responsive and caring for their guests. The apartment is spacious and feels new. With the free shuttle bus or walking (for adults), it is really convenient and fast (between 5 and 10mn) to go to the main lift. The ski resort was quiet and the slopes and snow really good. With my two sons of 5 and 7 who did great progresses on skis we enjoyed it a lot, including a snow ball battle just in front of the door of the apartment. Great hosts, great place, great ski resort, great week. Thank you for all, we will for sure consider to come back !

Appartement sans faute note. Rien à redire. Équipement complet. Propreté impeccable. Vue splendide des 2 terrasses. Proches de beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée. Face au télé-siège pour accéder à encore plus de balades en hauteur. Beaucoup de visites à faire aux alentours.

Heerlijk appartement, vlakbij centrum en ook ski-liften. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ons 8-en, maar er hadden makkelijk 4 personen bij gekund.

Really fancy apartment in the city centre of Bardonecchia, close to a supermarket, some restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and bright, the host was super responsive and gentle: raccomaned!

Week-end très agréable. Le logement est très bien aménagé et il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine comme dans la salle de bain. La terrasse est super pour voir le coucher du soleil sur la montagne. Le jacuzzi au retour de notre rando.... top ! Maud est disponible et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires. Je recommande vivement!

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables. Une vue magnifique. Une literie très confortable. Le chalet se trouve à proximité de belles stations. Des hôtes très discrets. Merci à Denise et Stéphane. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appart. L'endroit est idéal pour le ski, avec un accès facile au domaine des Arcs via Villaroger (prévoir une voiture pour s’y rendre). La propriété est d’une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement bien équipée. Nous avons adoré le poêle à bois et le jacuzzi, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée sur les pistes. Tout le confort est au rendez-vous : chaque appareil électroménager imaginable est disponible, et la récente rénovation apporte une touche moderne et spacieuse qui rend l’espace encore plus agréable. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité, mais mieux vaut prévoir de cuisiner sur place, car une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer. En résumé, un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre superbe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The flat is modern, very comfortable for two families (7people) and just in front of the slopes. Anastride was very friendly and super responsive. The flat location is perfect for access to the slopes, ski rental and the huge windows with a view on the mountain it was great surprise. The rooms are spacious and with plenty of storage. The hammam, sauna and pool can be very busy in high season, but otherwise good and the children enjoy the outdoor heated pool. Definitely recommend.

Excellent séjour au sein de votre chalet ! Parfaitement équipé, proche de chemins de randonnées et le petit plus avec le jacuzzi au soleil! Un régal!
