Val-des-Prés: soggiorni in appartamento

le logement est très bien. nous y étions deux uniquement donc nous avions de l'espace, c'était parfait. le lit est confortable. le gîte est situé proche des accès aux pistes (5 min en voiture pour certains).

Appartement très bien placé dans la station bien entretenu et conforme à la description ! Nous avons passé un super week-end à la neige merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est idéalement situé au cœur de la station et très bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour la douche bien chaude avec une excellente pression, un vrai bonheur après une journée de ski ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le casier à ski privé et le chauffe-chaussures. La communication avec Caroline a été fluide et réactive. Un grand merci à Marie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bonnes adresses qui ont enrichi notre expérience. Nous recommandons ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Logement agréable et impeccabIe ne manque de rien vaisselles, linges, appareils électroménager.... . Françoise est très agréable et répond rapidement. Les instructions sont claires, le logement fidèle à la description. La piscine est un plus, les enfants se sont régalés tous les soirs. Encore merci🤗 je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.😊

L’appartement de Mehdi et Anne est très agréable, fonctionnel et lumineux. Nous y avons séjourné quelques jours en famille avec deux jeunes adultes. L’accès est très pratique à pied ou en voiture avec un parking bien matérialisé a proximité. L’accueil avec la Conciergerie Marinette, s’est très bien passé ainsi que la restitution des lieux. À renouveler.!!!!

A good flat in a calm area. To the City Center you need 10-15 min by foot. the room is fine, enough space. Just be sure to book in advance Things Like towels, Shampoo etc If you do not bring them with you. Overall, I would book again.

Très belle semaine dans l'appartement de Jérôme. Fonctionnel, propre, bonne literie, à proximité immédiate des pistes et des commerces mais à l écart des nuisances sonores. Le local à ski donnant sur les pistes est vrai plus. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu une météo splendide. Bref une semaine de rêve !

This was our second time staying at Stephane's place - and it was just as good as the first. Stephane's apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and has all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with easy access to all the amenities in Les Deux Alpes, and direct access to the slopes via the main Jandri chair lift. We were a family of four and had a brilliant week of skiing and downtime in the apartment. Kitchen very well appointed, and plenty of room for relaxing, games and meals. We will be back again.

Très bel appartement spacieux, chaleureux, confortable avec une déco raffinée jusqu'au plus petit détail. Il est très bien équipé, literie confortable, bref on s'y sent très bien. Karen et son mari sont charmants, réactifs et aux petits soins lors de notre arrivée. La résidence est calme et soignée, skis aux pieds (en pleine saison avec de la neige), tout est faisable à pieds (loc de skis, restos, commerces etc ...). Bref, location recommandée et conforme à l'annonce.

We stayed in Magali's apartment in the end of March. Good snow! Also due to the high altitude of the resort. The apartment is well equipped. It's not luxurious but it has all the comforts you need, like a dishwasher, nice dark curtains and good heaters. No WiFi, even better! Magali was a very nice, responsive host. We once had a question about the hot water and she quickly responded. Hot water runs out pretty quickly, you can shower for 6-8 mins each if you are with 3 persons. Ideal for a family with children. We were with 3 friends, also absolutely fine. Just know that the mattresses in the kids room are not great. The apartment is really close to the slope (red slope), like 2 minutes of walking. So nice to be able to pass the house easily for a quiet, cheap lunch or to change some clothes. Puy Saint Vincent was a very nice, big ski resort with lots to do. We had fun in the bar and discotheque in Puy 1600 too :) At walking distance, +- 15 mins. Much recommended holiday alltoghether!

Appartement très confortable et neuf ! Tout a était parfait ! A 10min à pied ou ou un peu moins des premiers télésièges ! Je recommande cet appartement pour cette station !

Très beau logement et communication fluide

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit chez Kim. Le logement est nickel et très joli en plein centre de Chorges.

L'appartamento di Pierfrancesco corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Tutto è ben pensato nei dettagli per trascorrere un soggiorno gradevole in montagna. Ideale per una famiglia come la nostra,con due bambini piccoli: molto apprezzabile la camera da letto separata dal soggiorno, abbastanza raro in appartamenti di montagna e soprattutto a un prezzo accessibilissimo. Gli spazi restano ampi,non ci si sente "gli uni sugli altri". C'è tutto quello che serve in cucina,in bagno,in sala da pranzo. Pulito e ben riscaldato. Veramente niente da ridire. Pierfrancesco è stato disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione. Il villaggio di Cesana è molto comodo per raggiungere i diversi impianti sciistici della Via Lattea. Le prime seggiovie sono a 3 minuti a piedi. Clavière e Monginevro a 10 minuti in macchina. Sestriere a 15 minuti. Rimane un villaggio a taglia umana e molto gradevole da vivere. Non sarete delusi da questo Airbnb!

This was a great well equipped apartment. It is very stylishly furnished and is very comfortable. There are also great views from the balcony. The apartment has a proper oven and a separate microwave which we found very useful. The apartment also has a large TV and it's own WiFi which allowed us to stream Netflix etc. (using our own account). The apartment also comes with an allocated underground parking space, big enough for our VW Touarag. A ski locker is also provided. The apartment block is situated right next to the piste and it only takes a couple of minutes walk to get onto the snow.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est impeccable, bien situé pour le ski et l’air de luge pour les enfants, les navettes sont à proximité. Il est spacieux pour 2 couples avec 1 enfant de 4 ans et un bébé de 9 mois.

Nous rentrons d'un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Véronique. Idéalement situé dans la station de Risoul, ski aux pieds, très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien entretenu, l'appartement a tout pour plaire. La piscine en accès libre est un vrai plus pour notre confort. Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont très cordiaux et elle est très réactive en cas de besoin. De plus, elle attache une importance particulière à la propreté des lieux et c'est très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et cette propriétaire très sympathique ! Nous reviendrons bien volontiers ! Magali

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Rénové avec soin, il est idéal pour 6 personnes et bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié : au pied des pistes, à proximité de l'école de ski et des commerces, avec une vue magnifique. Sami est un hôte très réactif et attentif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Abbiamo passato in questo alloggio solo una notte ma siamo stati benissimo. Bella vista sul lago e tranquillità. Equipaggiato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno! Stephan è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie mille e a presto

A fantastic location in the centre of town. You can walk straight out and get on the free lift that crosses town and takes you to the bottom of the Signal or Pic Blanc ski lifts. The pool and spa were fantastic; everything was new and extremely clean. We went with two adults and two kids, and it was perfect, with a spare double bed as the kids used the bunk beds. The only downside is that the ski room is slightly far away from the apartment, and the boot dryers weren't working, which was apparently a decision by building management. This would not stop me from booking again, though. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Comme nous l'avions annoncé dans notre commentaires de 2023, nous sommes retourné chez Christine et nous avons, une fois de plus, passé un excellent séjour. Pour les futurs occupants nous vous confirmons que le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description et il est très agréable et confortable et nous le recommandons. Attention toutefois les réseaux téléphoniques passent mal selon les opérateurs ce qui est parfait pour se déconnecter ... ce que nous avons fait avec un grand plaisir. Et nous le redisons, "nous y retournerons certainement si nous allons de nouveau à Puy-Saint-Vincent".

Appartement agréable, avec tout le nécessaire, bien situé en face des remontées mécaniques Sophie est très réactive et flexible, c’est très appréciable. Peu de pistes de ski mais domaine pour les raquettes très appréciable. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour malgré le temps pas top.

Super appartement bien décoré, très bien équipé et entretenu. Il est en tous points conforme aux photos et à la description. La belle terrasse bien exposée et le parking sont très appréciables. Pierre, qui est très sympathique, nous a agréablement accueillis lors de notre arrivée. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Serre-Chevalier.
