L'appartement correspondait parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Dans l'ensemble, il était joliment décoré, confortable et calme. Il y avait beaucoup de bons restaurants et bars à vin à proximité. Mes seuls reproches étaient qu'il faisait assez froid la première nuit (le chauffage avait été éteint avant mon arrivée) et qu'il n'y avait pas de couvertures supplémentaires. De plus, la baignoire est merveilleuse pour les bains mais peu pratique pour les douches car l'eau va partout. Mais ce sont des détails. J'aimerais revenir ici !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Mélanie et Philippe. Très au calme, il m’a permis un bon repos après des journées professionnelles très occupées. Logement très agréable à vivre et bien situé. Je recommande.

I cannot recommend more highly! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for living out my Paris dreams. My cousin and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and loved the peaceful, residential vibe of the 13th arrondissement—quiet yet well-connected via Metro Line 6. The gated courtyard felt private and secure, and we were welcomed by a lively farmers market just outside our door, filled with delicious Middle Eastern food, fresh produce, and local charm. A buzzing boulangerie was 50 steps away, and a petite supermarché just down the street stocked our cozy kitchen for nights in with White Lotus. The apartment was the perfect size for two, with beautiful natural light that made getting ready each day a joy. Our host, Evan, was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and full of great tips. We loved wandering the neighborhood to see the amazing street art and ended most evenings with delicious meals nearby. Highlights included Chez Nathalie and Fabbreza—don’t miss the best affogato I’ve ever had.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Emmanuel. Le logement est facile a trouver, la clé facile a recuperer. Le quartier est calme, il y a un café juste à côté et un petit supermarché à 2-3 min à pieds. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et bien décoré. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournies ainsi que quelques produits d’accueil. Je garde précieusement l’adresse pour mon prochain séjour à Paris ☺️

Charles was a perfect host & so accommodating to our needs, very responsive and checking in on anything we might need. very clean apartment and the sofa bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable, got an excellent night’s sleep with a great amount of pillows too. Bathrooms are always a priority when finding an airbnb & the bathroom here was just perfect. would definitely stay here again :)

We had a great time in Paris and Bea's apartment. Everything was great there, all the comfort you need for a few days, although it is a small place, we were ok with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The best is the location, as everything is in walking distance. Thanks again for hosting us.

Le séjour a été parfait à tout point de vue: qualité de la literie, propreté, déco sobre et classe, le métro à 2 min de la porte d entrée, le calme dans les 2 chambres. Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—close to everything and surrounded by beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Julia was incredibly responsive and proactive in her communication, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. Highly recommend!
