Val de Louyre et Caudeau: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par l'hôte, qui a pris le temps de me montrer les lieux. L'appartement est impeccablement propre et décoré avec goût. La localisation est idéale, à proximité des commerces et des transports en commun, ce qui facilite les déplacements. La literie est confortable et j'ai très bien dormi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui m'a permis de préparer quelques repas sans souci. Je recommande fortement ce logement à quiconque souhaite passer un séjour agréable et relaxant. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir lors de ma prochaine visite !

Fantastic location in the historic centre and wonderful little appt in an ancient, restored building. The kitchen is tiny and there was no washing machine or easy way to make coffee. Courtyard directly outside was lovely to sit in at night. Melissa is very responsive and there is private parking nearby. Saturday market in the town square was excellent.

Très joli appartement, lumineux, très propre, joliment meublé et avec tout le nécessaire en cuisine. Quartier très calme avec places de stationnement disponibles et gratuites. A 10 mn à pied du centre-ville et du marché, et 20 mn du stade (vive le rugby !). Yvan est charmant, et très réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés pour notre prochaine halte à Brive :-)

Beautiful, comfortable apartment and surroundings. The hosts’ design background was evident in bringing together old and new. We were sad that we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant but the grounds were lovely. Private patio was a bonus and every day we enjoyed the views over the river. Would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour passé dans ce logement. Rien à redire, nous étions six pour un week-end sur Bergerac et l’appartement a été exactement comme nous le souhaitions. Par message, les « hôtes » ont été bienveillants et ont très bien tout expliqués. Seul petit bémol : les volets du salon ne peuvent se fermer complètement, le loquet étant cassé. Mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail dans un séjour au top, Nous recommandons vivement !

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

Une location très agréable, un savant mixte entre le fait qu'on se sente bien comme chez soi, et le dépaysement dû à une décoration soignée et un agencement de l'ensemble très bien pensé. Les espaces sont grands. Tout est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Benjamin est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Le plus pour un séjour au moment des fêtes de fin d'année : un magnifique sapin de Noël !... comme à la maison ;-)

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Beautiful and tastefully decorated home. Great location and all amenities needed were catered for. Leontine was a fabulous host and we look forward to staying again very soon. 100% recommend!

Le logement est bien equipé et très agréable. La vue est belle et le village paisible. Le jacuzzi face à la vallée est un vrai bonheur, et le réconfort aupres du poêle a bois, aussi. Paul est un hôte très chaleureux, disponible et reactif. Je recommande vivement !

We loved staying at the Little White House. Before arrival, the communication was prompt and very helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished with great taste. The location is perfect, on the edge of open fields yet a short level walk to a beautiful bastide with a good selection of restaurants ( even in April when we visited). We brought a person with limited mobility and the house was ideally suited for her. Book and you will be glad that you did.

Lovely country house, nicely decorated, a lot of space in the house and outside, fully equipped kitchen. The internet in the second sleeping room is perfect for working abroad.

nous avons passé une agréable semaine . Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement ! tout était la pour que nous puissions nous reposer dans un environnement verdoyant et calme. la maison est spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Le plus bien évidemment la piscine, le babyfoot, la table de ping-pong et les vélos mis à disposition. Merci à vous tout était parfait

Gite dans une belle demeure salardaise paisible. Cadre très agréable avec des lapins à admirer à la fraîche dans le jardin. L’intérieur du gîte est conforme à la description. Les pièces sont spacieuses et fraîches, ce qui est agréable en été. Merci beaucoup Mark pour votre accueil, vos conseils de visites et la bouteille de rosé.

Un petit souci avec l'entrée (peut-être de ma faute) mais à part ça tout s'est très bien passé, l'appartement était pristine, il y avait des serviettes et d'autres aménagements super. La localisation est aussi très près du centre-ville à pied. Merci :)

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

Nous venons de terminer notre semaine de vacances dans le logement proposé par Paul & Elyn et ce fût une très belle semaine. Le logement, cuisine, accès piscine correspondent parfaitement à la description ainsi qu'aux photos. Merci Elyn et Paul pour votre bienveillance et gentillesse a notre égard.
