Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

What a view!, first words of our visitors when arrive to Calma on the Babin Kuk hill, in Lapad area. Close to beaches, bars and restaurants, surrounded by green, green pine wood. Famous Old Town is just 10 minutes bus ride. Great for enjoy in tranquility, walks along the coast, exploring number of beaches close to apartment. Ideal for people who do not mind the stairs. Although, whole Dubrovnik is hilly and, more or less, about the stairs. Free parking: 1-2 km far from the apartment.

Cute Studio You&Me, 300m from Sunset beach Lapad

Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
