Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

We stayed for 2 days and it was very comfort stay. The house is well decorated and equipped with all required amenities, the best part of the house was the glass shed in living room with chimney that has added the wonderful experience in the evening to chill out and relax, I would like to thanks to service staff they provided exceptional service and was just a call away. The caretaker family of Mark did wonderful job and the food they cooked was of best quality & taste. Overall value for money and worth spending time at this property.

Had a great stay. It’s a property with a gate hard to spot but it’s there 😊. The property is close to both the railway station and also to the Main Street so easy to find places to eat. The master bedroom toilet seat etc could be changed and interiors upgraded to give a brighter look, but as we stayed there only two days and spent most of it outside, no complaints.

This airbnb was a highlight of our trip. Came here to hike devil’s staircase to the waterfall. The view through the valley and all the way out to Udawalawe national park is stunning. And the staff there were so attentive always offering tea and offering to pack a breakfast when we were going on a hike early in the AM which was really helpful. The room was simple and clean and cool at night due to being in the mountains. Cool enough i wore a sweater outside. Food was delicious, sri lankan dinner was one of our best on the trip. They also provided insider knowledge on local hikes which was great when we had an extra morning and wanted to get one more hike in. Note that it is not easy to get to! Recommend either hiring an SUV or being dropped at the train station and going the rest of the way by tuk tuk which can handle the uneven road and steep decline much better. Overall highly recommend

We stayed in Sujees house for three days. The most beautiful thing is the jungles around. The house is situated in the heart of the forest with the little river just 10 meters away. You can bathe in the river when it is hot outside and have a 1-2 hours walk along it's bank through the jungles. Sujee is very hospital and friendly

We stayed one night at Hasith's Cottage. The apartment is new and clean. We directly felt very comfortable. Hasith is a very friendly and supportive host. We booked a safari through him. It was a great experience! He also arranged a taxi for us. We would have liked to stay longer at this beautiful place! Highly recommend :)

Home away from home ! A family home built to showcase Sri Lankan ancient architecture provided with all the luxury you are looking for a very comfortable stay ! All the rooms and other areas are very spacious. Cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards. Communication with the host is very easy. Delicious food prepared by the caretakekers (two lovely mothers) was so nice. Our group will remember the motherly care offered by the caretakers with all the fond memories of Badulla. We will recommend this place for groups looking for peaceful, comfortable, safe and lovely accommodation in Badulla. Marina Primali

Wunderschönes Cabin mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben uns hier direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben mit dem gemieteten Motorrad, welches wir hier in der Unterkunft mieten konnten die atemberaubende Gegend erkundet. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen Empfehlen, die auf Ruhe und Natur wert legen und etwas abseits der üblichen Touri-Routen unterkommen wollen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Wir waren total begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Die Hütte ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr sauber, es roch wunderbar und das Bett war gemütlich. Der Ausblick und der Balkon sind ebenso wunderschön. Das ganze Anwesen ist voller tollen Pflanzen und Bäumen, die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützend. Das Essen (besonders das Kottu!!) war super lecker. Das Essen war sehr viel besser als das Essen in der Stadt. Ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben, wenn möglich. Vielen Dank für alles 🥰
