Great stay, second time in this place

Jens var hyggelig. Han møtte oss ved innsjekk og tok oss meget godt i mot. Huset var rent. Han satte på varme og så til at det var varmt i huset innen vi ankom. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt.

Great house close to the Ivalo centre with all amenities within short walk. Host was very helpfull, friendly, easygoing with quick replies to all questions. We stayed there for nearly a month. For such a long stay is house fully equipped and you will find there everything what is needed. Can only highly recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war Super. Der Pool eignet sich perfekt um die Nordlichter bei dem kalten Wetter ein paar Stunden zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr Modern eingerichtet und zum Kochen sind reichlich Utensilien vorhanden. In der Stadt konnten wir problemlos ein Schneemobil mieten. Joseph hat bei der Bestellung des Schneemobils geholfen, so dass der Ladenbesitzer direkt bescheid wusste. Für das Ausleihen reicht übrigens ein Autofühererschein aus und in der Umgebung gibt es einige Strecken nur für Schneemobile in den Bergen. Zum Einkaufen sind wir immer zu dem K-Markt gefahren über die Finische Grenze. Dieser ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch gibt es an der Grenze eine Rentier zucht wo man das Fleich direkt vom Hersteller kaufen konnten. Ich kann den Aufenthalt sehr empfelen!

Toller & lieber Gastgeber, sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit. Das Haus ist super groß. Tolle Ausgangslage für Polarlichter, wir haben auch direkt über dem Haus welche gesehen. Am besten aber ein Auto nehmen oder beachten, dass nicht so viele Busse fahren.

Flott hus, med nydelig beliggenhet. Fikk denne gangen sett snømus på nært hold. Stille og rolig område. Takk for denne gangen.

Superb chalet, very large and spacious. It has all the comforts you need. What's more, it's the house where the owner grew up and it's a sort of "museum" with lots of objects from the Sami world. The chalet is ideally situated for hiking from the house. We saw reindeer and elk in the wild on several occasions, even though they belong to Sami herders. You don't need to pay an organisation to see them, just go for a walk.

We stayed at Iras place for one week and we loved every second of it! We were surrounded by beautiful nature and could really calm down there! We totally can recommend staying there :)

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti tässä majoituksessa viikon ajan. Rauhallinen sijainti lähellä kylän palveluita ja latuja. Mökki oli hyvin varusteltu ja erittäin siisti. Tilaa oli ruhtinaallisesti kolmelle pariskunnalle, oma vessa jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa helpotti elämää. Ari oli joustava ja selkeästi viestivä isäntä. Kiitos!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist ruhig und das Zentrum ist trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Langlauf Loipen sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist die perfekte Basis für einen gelungenen Skiurlaub. Hier kann man Lappland erleben. Tiina war sehr hilfsbereit und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a very nice time in the house of Antti. The location was perfect for us. It was very calm and peaceful. The location was also perfect to watch Northern lights. We had an incredible show in the sky just from above the house. Even though we always clean the houses we stay, I would prefer to pay an extra fee for the cleaning. That will reduce the little stress at the departure.

Super Unterkunft an toller Lage. Hat alles was man so für eine Woche in Saariselkä braucht. Die Sauna ist toll und die Aussicht auf der Terasse zur Abkühlung ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal 😃

Vi hadde et fint opphold i Sara Helens romslige leilighet med høy standard. Det var rent og pent og godt utstyrt med både krydder og andre nødvendige ting for å kunne «bo som hjemme». Det var veldig varmt i Karasjok denne helgen, men leiligheten holdt seg sval og levelig og en kunne bruke varmepumpa som air condition. Alt i alt et topp opphold, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Firstly, a big thank you to Riku’s. Even before we arrived he was very kind & helpful. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly. As soon as you drive into the area it’s like winter wonderland. The house is even nicer than the photos! Oh the view from the warmth of the cosy house was such a treat. So super private too. We hired a car & picked it up from the airport so it was very easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows! My husband & son enjoyed the hot coals in the sauna at the house . Near bye there is a natural ice bath (March) nearby. We did so many activities. Husky ride was wonderful. A beginners country ski lesson & we all loved the snow habitants too. We also visited the reindeer. We didn’t see the Northern Lights but to be honest the whole trip was so amazing that it didn’t matter.

We had a great time at Frank's house. The house is well equiped and very cosy furnished. The hot tub is not usable in the winter but Frank provided a sauna instead which was awsome. We also did a snow mobile safari with Frank which was a lot of fun 😊.

Hytten er fantastisk fin, bra beliggenhet. Alt av fasiliteter. Koselig bål gruve rett ved hytten. Scooter løype rett i nærheten, fine fiske vann , denne hytten anbefales! Takk for oss😊

Situé face à un bras de la rivière, calme et sérénité. endroit idéal pour voir les aurores boréales et vivre en communion avec la nature. sauna face à la rivière, feu de camp possible. hôtel proscrit et super réactif!

Piękna lokalizacja,odpoczynek przed kolejnym etapem drogi na Nordkapp Domek przytulny i bardzo ciepły,z pięknym widokiem na krajobraz i jezioro (zamarznięte,widok nieziemski) Łóżka wygodne,w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne Martwiliśmy się,czy na naszą trójkę wystarczy wody (120l) jednak wszyscy braliśmy prysznic,gotowaliśmy oraz myliśmy naczynia,wody starczyło Polecam i pozdrawiam Gospodarzy ☺️

Si vous aimez la nature avec un grand N, vous êtes au bon endroit ! à la cabane aucune nuisance sonore, la vie y est paisible. Nous avons pris conscience de la simplicité de la vie ici et que tout tourne autour du feu et de l'eau. Malgré notre non expérience du feu nous avons réussi à nous organiser même par -20 degrés. Une expérience inoubliable au milieu de la Nature dans toute sa splendeur !

Mukava perinteinen mökki. Erittäin rauhallinen ja miellyttävä ympäristö. Reitit, ladut kulkee lähietäisyydeltä. Vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Iso tv ja mikroaaltouuni löytyi myös.

Huoneisto oli siisti, viihtyisä. Joka päivä lämmitimme takkaa, joka antoi nopeasti lisä lämpöä. Myös sauna oli mukava asia. Vuodevaatteet olivat hotellitasoa, peitot muhkeat ja lämpimät. Meri näköala oli myös hieno.
