Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

The Cozy Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Four Sisters Ranch Cabin is a countryside stay nestled in the hill country near Utopia, Texas between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area. You are invited to hike and explore over 500 acres of our 1000 acre century ranch and enjoy the great outdoors in privacy. The Frio and Sabinal Rivers are but a short distance away. This cabin makes for the perfect romantic getaway, or bring the kids to explore our ranch. You can unplug or use our wifi to log on!

Farhaven Guest Cottage, private and secluded

Private cottage on secluded 76 acre working organic farm. Hiking, stargazing, birding, gardens, greenhouse, solar, and rain water. Horses and well behaved dogs welcome $10 per night each, limit 2. Keep dogs leashed outside; dogs not allowed on furniture. Our horses not for hire. Swimming, State Parks nearby: Garner, 22miles, 30 minutes. Concan, 30 miles, 35 min. Lost Maples, 12 miles 16 minutes TV, DVD player. WiFi. AT&T cell, other carriers expect no service.

The Greenhouse: tinyhome close to Garner&FrioRiver

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Wild Oak Ranch Riverfront Cabin

Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. A natural playscape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

River frontage, birding, star gazing, LMSNA 4 mi

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples SNA, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the cottage, providing shade and privacy. (Our home is nearby.) Birding, dark skies close by. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" In business since 1994, we are just real people accommodating real people. How does that sound? (Sorry, No TV. And, please, no pets.

Secluded, dark skies, great views, big patio!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
