Urubamba: soggiorni in cottage

Federico tiene un lugar muy bonito y realmente nos gustó demasiado! Esperamos volver algún día para disfrutar más todos los espacios.

Nos sentimos como en casa, nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, es tal cual a la descripción, alejado de la ciudad, te hace sentir una experiencia única, recomiendo llevar o comprar las cosas que necesiten por qué no hay tiendas cercanas y el centro está como a 8 min en carro, por lo demás la casa es maravillosa, para pasar tiempo en familia y alejados de la ciudad, gracias criss.

Hermoso lugar, con todas las comodidades necesarias para unos días de relax total. Especial para las familias y amigos.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und super für Gruppen geeignet. Die Lage umgeben von den Bergen und der Natur ist sehr schön. Wir haben einen Ausflug zum Wasserfall in der Nähe gemacht.

La casa de Judy y David es maravillosa, es espaciosa y muy luminosa. Sus instalaciones son modernas y funciona muy bien, es muy cómoda, nos sentimos como en casa. Se pueden observar las montañas qué rodean la casa por cada ventana. Se siente una calma y paz increíble. Nos quedamos un mes y siempre tuvimos actividades que hacer: caminatas en los alredores, trekking, lagunas, fogatas y observación del cielo nocturno, visitas a los pueblos cercanos y ruinas arqueológicas o simplemente quedarte a leer y descanzar. perfecta estancia para los amantes de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. Judy y David, fueron muy amables y amigables, buena comunicación, nos dieron consejos y sugerencias, estuvieron al pendiente todos los días. Tuvimos un incidente con uno de nuestros hijos y ellos nos apoyaron para buscar la mejor atención médica disponible. Les agradecemos nuestra maravillosa experiencia, fue difícil partir.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en esta casa. Tiene todo lo que se muestra en las fotos. Como cualquier casa en el campo, a veces hay insectos y hay que estar preparados. La anfitriona y la persona a cargo son muy amables y responden rápidamente a las consultas y pedidos que les hicimos.

We were a group of 9 friends and came to Mira House after Machu Picchu. This was a great decision because the place is wonderful, comfortable and I can only feel sorry we didn't have more time to stay there. I would definitely recommend this place and I can talk about it only in superlatives, it is even better than on the pictures. The only problem can come with the address and finding the place if you are arriving on your own. However, the owner communication is at a great level and the owner can give precise instructions on how to find the place (or even arrange a pick up for you).

Great stay in Irwin's country house. The house is spacious with all the modern equipment. Nested at the foot of Veronica Mountain (6000m), the beautiful garden allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Off the grid but close to the tourist attractions of the Sacred Valley. We went easily to the Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo, to Machu Picchu (you can go by train or by foot), the Salineras of Maras... Thank you Irwin for your hospitality, always available and caring !

We loved staying at this home. It is a quiet sanctuary in the heart of the Sacred Valley. Majali and the care taker of the home Julia, were super kind and helpful- even when one of our group left things and needed to come back. This is a newer home for airbnb and while there are a few basic things that can be added- we would not hesitate to book here again!

The house was perfect for our family of five. Big, comfy beds, traditional, peaceful. Yesica communicates really well. The garden is lovely. The spacious lounge and dining area was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Muy cómodo desde el momento que llegamos,fácil de llegar,tenía todas las comodidades y los servicios disponibles,un lugar precioso,los anfitriones nos ayudaron mucho y fue muy divertido compartir en el lugar con mis amigos ☺️

La casa está ubicada en Chilca, rodeada de naturaleza y perfecta para desconectar. Disfrutamos muchísimo explorando el río cercano y haciendo caminatas por la zona, que es realmente apacible y pintoresca. Si buscas tranquilidad y belleza, este lugar es ideal. Además, Percy, el host, fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta, asegurándose de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. ¡Gracias, Percy! Espero regresar pronto.

Wonderful host, beautiful outdoor space, fireplace (s/20 for wood) & grill (just make sure there's charcoal,etc).

This house is stunning! The inside and the outside even better! We had a great relaxing time and enjoy the outdoors area (especially traveling with a small kid). The location is super quiet and private but the access kinda tricky! Be prepare for a very narrow and uneven road. I think it would be important to mention that the house comes with a house keeper person who needs to be pay daily out of your reservation, and that is not optional. We loved to have help in the house, but raised up our budget, for sure. Other than that Bruno, Daysi and then Flora are great! And you are going to love to stay in here :)

Maria’s place has the best of both worlds. It’s surrounded by farmland and animals, but is conveniently right next to the town of Urubamba. We had a medical need during our stay, and Maria was so kind and helpful. In fact, you will not find a better host than Maria. Maria, who is bilingual in Spanish and English, is very knowledgeable about tourism, transportation in the Sacred Valley. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures. Having the second bathroom is quite a luxury when you have more than one person. The hot water in the showers is a little weak, a little tricky to regulate, but you’ll figure it out. You will meet 2 sweet donkeys, chickens, and I think 5 friendly dogs. We really enjoyed befriending the animals, however the dogs do bark (at cats etc) quite a bit. All in all we had a wonderful stay, such a great value. Many thanks Maria & Gustavo.

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a lovely stay. The house and outdoor space was beautiful and we had plenty of space. It was a great home base for our day trips around the valley and not far from the train station to Machu Picchu. We had a few minor difficulties with TVs working and a temporary water issue, but Crispin the house caretaker was very responsive and helped resolve everything quickly. Mirasol, the housekeeper was very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend for any large groups looking to enjoy some relaxing time in the valley.

Um local muito aconchegante e charmoso com uma vista privilegiada das montanhas e do céu!! Tudo muito organizado e de fácil acesso. Foi como se estivéssemos em casa. Só tenho a agradecer pela oportunidade.

Marias cottage is in an amazing location - it's very peaceful and a 15minute walk to Ollantaytampo. It has basic cooking facilities with a great two burner stove. There's no fridge. There is oil, salt, sugar etc. The bedrooms are comfy and spacious with plenty of blankets and a little heater. The bathroom is clean and has hot water but water pressure is a little low. The living area is a beautiful space. Around the house there are some nice walks. All in all a very positive experience- Maria is a lovely host.

A great location in a more bucolic area of the Sacred Valley. Emma’s place is the spot you want if you’re looking for a relaxing, unfettered trip to Cusco. The house is really beautiful and well laid out for a small family. There is a master bedroom and loft space, with two bathrooms - one en-suite and another on the main floor. Emma is a great communicator and very helpful. One thing I would make note of - the location is not the easiest place to find. If you are driving a private vehicle, contact Emma before you head to the Airbnb to get accurate directions. The route noted on the Airbnb website is no longer accurate - as there is road closures.

Hermosa casa en el medio de las montañas. Nos sentimos como en casa ni bien llegamos. Los espacios son cómodos y amplios. El ambiente es cálido y acogedor. Hermosas vistas y mucho jardín para disfrutar. La cocina esta super bien equipada y hasta tienen lavaplatos! Las habitaciones y baños impecables. El vecindario es tranquilo y tuvimos un delicioso descanso con el sonido del riachuelo que pasa por la casa. Gracias por recibirnos!

Our stay at this magical house in Cusco, Urubamba, was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by tranquility and charming details in every corner of the property. The hospitality of Encarnación, the lady who assisted us during our stay, made everything even more special. She is incredibly attentive and also cooks deliciously, making every meal a true delight. The house is perfect not only for adults but also for children. Our kids had a fantastic time in the garden, playing, looking for the sheep, and Boston, the dog of the complex. The combination of nature and comfort ensured that everyone had a great time. We definitely hope to return many more times to this magical house ✨. We highly recommend it without any hesitation!

Fantastic spot and the views were gorgeous. The space heater was a great touch to keep warm in the evenings. Everything was so smooth and the house smelled and looked great!
