On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem).
