Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
