Great location and host. Perfect size home for a family of four. Quick walk to the beach and just steps from the pool. Lots of time spent on the deck which was one of our favorite areas to hangout as a family. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 would recommend! Our 1st airbnb canceled on us 2 weeks before our girls trip and Todd was quick to respond to get us into his place! We were so thankful for them!! SO thankful to have a golf cart during our stay! The heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus also! The beds were comfortable and the house was also clean. Definitely will stay here again, it was perfect!

We loved Courtney’s cottage! It was larger than the photos looked and we were surprised with popcorn which was a huge hit! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. We grilled fish one night and yum! The hot tub was great and we really had a blast for our girls’ trip!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and comfort of this beautiful home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. This was our first time to 30a so we didn’t really know where the best place to stay would be but this location was ideal—very peaceful yet conveniently close to local shops and dining options. A short bike ride to Alys Beach or The Big Chill. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area. The beach access was a 5 minute walk away! This home comes with everything you need! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even a little cooler to take snacks/drinks to the beach with you. The cruiser bikes were an added bonus! Our host was incredibly responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made our stay seamless. We had one little issue and they took care of it immediately! Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction top notch. We will be back!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at the Calm Palm was incredible. Elizabeth graciously hosted our family of three children + dog. The property was immaculate, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend the Calm Palm to any family.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

We had an amazing stay—truly one of our favorites! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Situated on a peaceful road, it was a fantastic location for hopping between beaches and restaurants with ease. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were such great additions to our stay. The screened-in porch was another highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Heather went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The app she provides with all the house details and how everything works was so thoughtful and made everything effortless. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

It’s a great place to stay with your family. There is plenty of room, cooking wear and things you mess for the beach. It is very pet friendly, so I was able to bring my two miniature dachshunds. The house is close to the beach, but make sure to come early since parking is limited. There is a trail for running and biking around that connects to seaside. Carol was a great hostess.

Kelly & Bryan are awesome host and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

This place was the perfect location. Close to all the places we were going. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had.

It's a privilege to have access to a property in this special place with easy access to the beach and the Seaside community. The master bed was super comfy and the wrap-around porch was nice. We appreciated having some toys for sand castle building at the ready and other little thoughtful things like a great refrigerator and washer/dryer. The Haardt House is part of important social architectural history and was attractive to us for the special access to a little history.

Beautiful location within 1 block of the beach with private access. The house was nautical cozy with all the necessities, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with many places to walk. We loved our 3 weeks at the Seashell Cottage. We didn't want to leave.

Very much enjoyed staying here! The decor inside is really nice and had everything we needed! The golf cart was great to have and the location was perfect for us!

me and my friend took a trip and wanted to have a peaceful yet fun time! that’s exactly what it was. it was beautiful. porch was so nice to sit on. house was just beautiful. bed is big enough for two and very comfortable. the area was a good location and the hosts were very kind and responsive! it was awesome! definitely would stay again!!

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

Can never go wrong with this BnB, it always feels so welcoming and enjoyable. Id definitely recommend this for others!

Everything about “Crab Pot” was easy and relaxing. There’s something about the place that makes you feel “right at home”. Martin has everything covered; soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels etc….and there was enough for our entire stay. (As opposed to the usual “starter kit” that you get at most places.) The house rules are not overwhelmingly posted everywhere. A level entry without stairs into the house made it easier on us with our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed spending time on the porches, walking around in the yard, and an evening stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the absolute best time at Steve and Jody’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the access to the pool. Easy walk/ bike to the beach, town and the bike path. The house was perfect, so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the covered porches in the mornings and evenings. Steve and Jody were super helpful for recommendations and responsive when we had questions or seeking information. This was our first trip to the 30A area and it was beyond beautiful. Jody and Steve’s place is amazing and we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time here! The private, white sandy beaches are beautiful especially with the sun sets! We went with our kids and they had a ton of fun playing with the sand toys and the floats that the hosts provided. The decks were amazing too, the grill, lights, and music provided a relaxing space after the long days at the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable, great communicators, and so kind. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!
