Alta Austria: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Familiäre Unterkunft, sehr sauber, für 2 Parteien geeignet. Tierfreundlich aber leider nicht umzäunt. Süsses Dorf mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man braucht mind. 40 Minuten bis zu Skigebiet. Ist sicher im Sommer schöner mit dem Pool.

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad met ons gezin met 3 jonge kinderen. Het huis is zeker kindvriendelijk genoeg (kindjes van 3 en 5). Alles zag er gezellig uit en was netjes opgeruimd. De vloer, badkamer, keuken en kamers waren allemaal schoon. Er hing alleen nog wat stof hier en daar, maar daar kunnen we mee leven. alles wat we nodig hadden om te koken was voorzien in de keuken, er is ook een kleine diepvriezer. We hebben niet veel extra kosten gehad aan verwarming en water (houtvuur gebruikt voor verwarming). Buiten zijn leuke speeltuigen en verschillende fietsen en steppen aanwezig. Het is een mooie en rustige buurt en dankzij de wasmachine en de vaatwasser moesten wij niet veel tijd steken in het huishouden. We hebben genoten, zeker een aanrader.

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to other families traveling with pets!

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

Die Unterkunft hat voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprochen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit als Gruppe und Linz und würden den Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Simone. Ein tolles Haus mit schöner Ausstattung. Haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Simone ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter und freuen uns in Zukunft auf einen weiteren Besuch.

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

Prachtig huis, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Fijne keuken, slaapkamers en badkamer. Grote koelkast en diepvrieskast. Veel spullen worden je als gast ter beschikking gesteld, uiteraard met de verwachting dat je zorgvuldig met de spullen omgaat. Mooi zwembad, wat gemakkelijk toegankelijk is vanuit alle kamers. Zwembad water was wel aan de koude kant!

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen und jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt. Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft. Alles top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und viel Platz. Können wir nur empfehlen. Danke für die Möglichkeit und alles Liebe. Benjamin

Die Unterkunft war super. Wenn man die richtige Einfahrt einmal gefunden super easy zu fahren. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und einen zweitbesuch wert. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und bei fragen immer zu erreichen.
