Bi-fold doors open on to the large, south-facing balcony which is furnished with comfortable seating and table. Grand Banks has private parking for two vehicles, EVCP, fitness suite and lifts.

Lovely to relax in, this 300 year old cottage has lots of original features but with all the comforts of modern living. Great place for walkers, close to coastal path to Berry Head or Fishcombe cove and you can catch the bus back to the square just a few steps from the cottage. Evenings explore the restaurants and then at the end of the evening its just a few easy steps back to the cottage.
