Hier gibt es eine geräumige Wasserfalldusche. Das „Highlight“ der Gründerzeitvilla, unser großer Garten mit altem Baumbestand lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.

Das schöne Neubauappartment (53m²) im Erdgeschoss befindet sich fußläufig zur Altstadt von Linz. Es verfügt über zwei Zimmer mit Boxspringbett im Schlafzimmer und Schlafcouch im Wohnraum. Ein kleiner Balkon und Autostellplatz sind vorhanden. Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd mit Backofen, Minikühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Kabelfernseher ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
